Jacobs is very Family orientated . You feel like your with a Caring family that truly understand. Jacobs has been good to My Mother. Even during the Difficult times that myself was going through when I was moving to a new place to live.

The facility is old, run down and dirty. The staff, besides the front desk ladies, are rude and argumentative, taking patients belongings (such as phone). The rooms are small and dirty and the nurses often leave patients unattended while on lunch so there is no one to answer in case of emergency. I have had multiple things "misplaced" and never to be returned after my stay, like two brand new personal wheelchairs that had my name on them that I saw other patients using.

Jacob Health Care Center was very nice, new, bright, cheerful, clean, fresh looking, and lively. Everybody was very friendly. They would come up to me and start talking and greet me.
