The staff are very friendly, they greeted me with a smile. The residents were doing an exercise in the living room and seemed to be having fun. The facility did not smell when I visited. The rates are very reasonable for the area. The staff / administrator was patient, they answered all my questions. If my family members agrees to an assisted living, I'd move them here:)

I was really impressed with the cleanliness at Twin Rivers and that there were a lot of activities all throughout the week including Saturdays and Sundays. I was also impressed that they order the medication for them and take them out on little day trips. I would have been very confident placing my mother there. The location was good for me, and the grounds were very simple; nothing special, but they were well kept.

I visited Twin Rivers, and it was bad. It was one of those types of places that I wouldn’t recommend to anybody besides somebody who was homeless or desperate and just needed somewhere to go. Their price was outrageous, and it wasn’t clean.

I went to Twin Rivers at Natomas, and I was not impressed with the place at all. Their services were not quite suitable to me. I was not impressed with the place at all. The rooms were smaller. I did not spend a lot of time looking at their rooms, but it is much smaller compared to the other places I've been to.

Twin Rivers at Natomas was nice because they had a crafts and activity room, a main room with a TV, and a nice dining room for everyone. The rooms were comfortable and large enough for two residents. It was all on one level. There was a mix of senior citizens; some of them were active, but there was one woman sleeping in the main room in front of the TV. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, welcoming, and answered my questions.

My dad was in Seva Assisted Living. They were very good, but he needed to go to memory care. Overall, they had a very caring staff who were on top of things. It was a very good establishment.
