I had an in-person tour of Courtyard Terrace. The person that gave me the tour was very nice, but I would not recommend it to anybody. The facility was dirty. The rugs and walls were dirty. It was a very rundown facility. The staff seemed pleasant and confident. They said they had activities, but it was like in one gathering room where they're all crowded in. The living quarters were cramped. Four individuals had to share one bathroom. I'll just say it was on the low end of the scale in terms of everything, except for the staff. They seemed caring and knew what they were doing. They were trying to have some things and some entertainment in there. They need to improve on the overall cleanliness of the area and the upkeep. I don't know what they can do about more room. It was just a step up from a low-grade nursing home.
