We saw In R Great Hands Montevideo. It's just a house. I didn't get a good vibe when I was there. It was a little rundown, and it didn't feel super clean. They were having lunch when we got there, so it kind of smelled like food. It just seemed a little lackluster. There were only two staff members there, but they were nice.

We went to In R Great Hands - Montevideo. The girl we met was very pleasant. Everybody was pleasant there. The facility was clean. It was just not the correct fit for my dad. The staff was great. She answered all the questions and needs. They have a patio that everybody can go out to and play games.

In R Great Hands - Montevideo was a very nice place. They have very nice people there that show you around and give you all the information about the place. The rooms were super clean. Everything's updated. They follow all the protocol, wear masks, signing in, and temperature.

My mother was in a larger, corporate assisted living facility for five years but needed more hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living. This home is very clean, there are several gathering areas for residents, and the staff is very caring and attentive to her needs. They know how to handle elders with dementia and memory loss. My mother now enjoys daily exercise, music, and quiet time when she needs it. The caretakers are kind, respectful, and protective. She enjoys having her personal space as well as activities with other residents. It is comforting to know that she is getting great care, healthy food that meets her dietary needs, and is living in a positive environment with people who are caring and well trained. Her care has been completely coordinated for medication and dietary needs, incidental supplies and toiletries, and communication with her medical providers. I was confident from the moment I visited this facility that it would be the right place for her. I know that she is not sitting alone in her room, isolated from human contact. There are precautions due to Covid for visitors, but communication with family is a priority, and I have received many photos and videos that assure me she is well. This community is truly a blessing.

My mother and I found this wonderful place for my father. He had been in nursing homes where he received horrible care and we wanted him to get more nurturing, care, calmness, and attention and that is exactly what he has received! His caregivers keep me in the loop about any needs/ changes and my father receives great care here and medication management! Everyone is super friendly.and caring! They are also careful in following Covid safety protocols to keep residents safe!

When the time comes to place a loved one in the care of others, it is not easy. I have no regrets placing my mother In R Great Hands-Montevideo. The staff is compassionate, warm and polite. The open modern living space is beautifully decorated with large windows looking into the landscaped backyard. No unpleasant smells to be found since day one.The home cooked food looks amazing as well.
