Mom is moving here. We liked the security for the memory side of it. The young lady who gave us the tour was very open and very honest about other things. We liked the cleanliness of the facilities, and the cleanliness of the people that work there. We looked at the menu too, and the menu was overseen by the nutritionist. They have a nurse that comes in periodically, and because my mom would be on the memory side, they do have people that check up on them 24 hours a day. They're always looking to make sure that their full attention is with them, even though they have a wide variety of individuals that live there. The attention to each one and their way of doing things is something that impressed my sister and I. You have a single room where the person is himself, or the one where they share a room with someone else, but they do an extensive review of each one, and they can match the people to be in the same room together. You can tell that everything is nice and clean, and the outside is nice and clean, and the grounds are clean. She even allowed us to see some of the people that live there, helping them clean the rooms. And they have watering stations. But basically, it's like little sections where they have water constantly, which is very important. So we like that as well. We were very satisfied with them.

Mom is here. So far, all the staff have been really, really pleasant, and really helpful. The facility itself seems nice. She's in the memory care area and she's got a big room. They've got a full schedule of groups and activities going pretty much all day. Everybody's great. Everything looks great. We have no complaints.

My father will be moving here. It was very welcoming. The caregivers were very attentive to the people they were watching over. They had activities. They knew people by name. I felt like it was a family to them and not just people that they were just checking off. It very much felt like they really knew the person. It wasn't like they just left them in the room and didn't do anything. They're attentive, friendly, seem happy, and very interested in who they were speaking to at the time. It was clean and was acessible by wheelchair, walker or cane. I also like that the memory care also goes to the assisted living side as well. They kind of intermix, and I like that. They had a nice outside area that was shaded, but there were sunny areas that people can go to also, little patios and nice little entertainment areas. The dining area seemed nice, and the rooms were nice.
