My dad has just got there at Park Regency Retirement Center. I visited the location during my trip to California. It was quite busy at the time. Overall, I think the facility has a lot to offer. It's a very good and clean facility. During my visit, I had to make an appointment to meet one of the staff for them to tour me around. They provided me a lot of information about the location. I had to return to Texas, so I do not have any visitation to my father once he got in there yesterday. I haven't had a chance to see his room because I was just touring around the facility. I saw some of their dining area. They have a location where there were folks do physical therapy. They had a lot of staff overlooking at everybody. I went to the location where they had a physical therapy or exercise room. The buildings were not built in 2020. They've obviously have been there for a while, but they were very well-kept. The facilities were very clean, and the staff was very attentive. They have staff that spoke multiple languages. Someone spoke Spanish, which I can understand as well. They were very thorough in terms of making sure that I was vaccinated and checking my temperature before I was allowed to go in. They had a set of questionnaires to make sure that I didn't have any symptoms, and I thought that that was very thorough. They had a pretty big parking lot, but it was pretty much full around 11:00 or so. The parking lot was literally completely full, and I thought that was quite amazing.

We'll be transferring my mom to Park Regency Retirement. It had several different levels of care, which we were unsure about. Until they did an evaluation on my mom, and they were able to tell us what level of care she needed at the location. They showed me the assisted, and independent, and then we chose memory care. I also saw the skilled nursing part and the long-term care as well. The prices were affordable, it wasn't as fancy as the other assisted living we saw, but it was suitable. It was clean, the staff was very professional, and the prices were workable. So they worked with us. The prices were much, much more accommodating for a family that's having to pay cash for care.

Park Regency Retirement Center was a good and clean community. My mother told all her relatives she talked to that she had a great time, the food was good, and the staff was good and caring.

The gentleman who took us around Park Regency Retirement Center was great. All the people we met were great. The facility was clean, neat, looked very nice, was roomy, and the halls weren't too cramped. Everything was good. It seemed well organized. We loved it. The rooms were beautiful. I saw residents enjoying themselves. They had little planting areas, little shops, and a place where you could do some mechanical things. It seemed like a happy place. The dining facilities were great. It was a nice location, and the parking was good. It was first class.

Park Regency was very nice, clean, and neat. The people were friendly, showed me around, and answered all of our questions. I brought someone with me who was very impressed by it.

Park Regency was very nice. I liked the people a lot. It was very clean, it looked like a good place to go, and the pricing was most reasonable. The grounds around it mainly were off of a parking lot.

I pick Park Regency. It is very friendly, and they meet my wife’s needs. They will help her get up, get dressed, take a shower, and her everyday needs. They will wheel her on her wheelchair. They have restaurants all around the area.
