Grace Home II

I was able to place my client at Grace Home. It's a residential care home for elders. It's definitely a higher level of care; it's not a standard board and care. So far, so good and so far it has been great. They have 24-hour staff. There is plenty of walking space and activities. They have very responsive and attentive home staff. It's easy access. They have instrument rooms where they have a piano, a TV, board games, a guitar, arts and crafts.

Grace Home II is very much older than the other ones I visited. It looks as though it was built in the 60’s. The rooms are quite small. It was rustic. They have a very nice outdoor area, and they cater to individuals with no illness, and dementia. The staff seemed very attentive. The dining area looks almost like a summer camp situation. The key thing with Grace Home II is they’ve got their own psychiatrist, and the facility is run by a psychiatric nurse. I would have given them a perfect star-rating if not for the age of their facility.
