It was a nightmare! First of all had to get into headed confrontation with the guy that is in charge of nurses not taking my vitals. After that I had to remind nurses to do so. Also it took a hour in a half one time for someone to answer the nurses light, after that it always took at least 10 minutes to have someone to answer. And then I had to lay in very soiled diapers for 2 hours several times. There were only 4 people that was professional that worked there. I do not recommend this facility at all. I feel sorry for the patience that don't have their minds to advocate for their self.ðŸ˜

This is a small skilled nursing facility tucked into a residential neighborhood. The grounds are quaint, but there's not much parking. The rooms were clean and are semi-private. I didn't see too many patients out in the hallways and the ones I saw looked clean; I didn't detect any odors. The menu included typical hospital fare and I don't think the food is made from scratch. The lobby was recently remodeled as were the grounds so that patients can use them for rehab. The staff I encountered were friendly.
