I loved Glen Park at Glendale - Boynton Street very much, but there was too much carpeting and I was concerned about my mother having bowel problems. I didn't like the fact that the carpeting had to be shampooed all the time. I also didn't like that they didn't have any grounds for them to go and sit outside. Everything was concrete. The staff was wonderful. The dining area was big, the facility was big, and they had a very good water filtration system.

I visited Glen Park at Glendale. It was lunchtime, and everybody was in the dining area. It was very quiet, and it didn't seem like a very happy environment. It was very outdated, the pictures on the wall were old, and I did not see anything engaging for the residents. The walkway coming up was a little broken up, it was less expensive, but I did not feel comfortable with the accommodations. However, they provide respite care, and I was happy to hear that.

Glen Park is a nice facility with an excellent staff, and reasonably priced too. I'm so glad I placed my client there, and I've recommended it to others too.
