At Pinnacle Home Care we’re dedicated to providing top-quality personalized care for your love ones in the comfort of their homes. At Pinnacle Home Care, we provide specialized care services tailored to support your love one’s specific health and lifetime requirements. Our staff is available 24 hours a day and provides personal care and supervision for ambulatory and nonambulatory residents. We offer board and care in a home-like surroundings, providing a setting that is safe comfortable and enjoyable to live in. Our residents are served three nutritious meals daily in the dining room. Snacks are available between meals per day. Special diets are prepared as prescribed by the resident physician. Our lovely backyard with patio is a great place for family gatherings during visit or having barbecue with family events. Other services include daily housekeeping, laundry, fresh linens, and incontinence supplies (except brief).
