Golden Crest Care Center was a great place. The residents that I saw seemed extremely happy and comfortable. The staff was very warm and caring. It's a care home and they have different stages of help for different clients. Some that just needed a little bit of assistance and there were some that needed almost total care. It's a very nice place. I just met the owner there, but he has other staff that comes in round-the-clock. The owner gave me the tour and he was wonderful. They're doing well and the residents and families are happy. There are no openings right now and that's always a good sign. They're full.

Do not go there! My dad has been in pain for the past 3 days due to him not receiving the necessary medication. It’s a fight to get his medicine as they have told him that they are out of it. Who is stealing his medicine? There is a huge language barrier also. Do not put your life one here in this facility.
