"My brother moved to Rocky Mountain Care Spring Hollow Assisted Living and Memory Care. They look in on him. They're providing food. They make sure he's comfortable. It was reasonably priced and had good service. It's clean, it's organized, the rooms are easy to find. The dining area has a bunch of tables next to the kitchen. They have a television, games, and a conversation area. It was less money than the other places we looked at."

"We're going to use Lake Ridge Senior Living for Mom. We looked at the assisted living with memory care. The one who took us around was excellent. He answered all of our questions and showed us the facilities and the rooms that were available. The place was clean and smelled good, and it was roomy. We really liked it. It seemed to be well cared for. The two people I talked to were very good and helpful."

"The people who work at BeeHive Homes of Draper are very caring and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to make my mom feel at home. Just great service. Absolutely wonderful. It's only been four days, but I know my daughter was there today in the activities. A group came and got my mom and they did exercises together, so I know it's functioning. They have music people come in and play for the residents, which is lovely. Yesterday, my daughter-in-law went to visit my mom and the sweet lady who runs the kitchen saw that she was there and she said, "Let me serve you and your mom trout in your room." They had a fish lunch together in my mother's room. That's really above and beyond I would think. My mom's very happy with the meals. I've certainly seen other facilities that are bigger and newer, but I'm happy with what she has. The day we were moving them in the staff came and helped us like carry boxes. The man who does all the repairs came in and hung TVs and hung things and made sure everything was absolutely the way my mom wanted it. I just received such personalized attentiveness as we moved Mom in. I'm so impressed with those people. The repairman who manages everything is wonderful. He's just a marvelous man. There's assisted living in one building and memory care in another. It's very small. There are only 16 residents, so it's a wonderful family kind of a feeling. Everybody knows everybody and it's a very intimate home. I was looking for something like that, and I'm so glad we found it."

"Legacy Village of Provo is clean and affordable. The staff is wonderful and the kitchen is wonderful. If you want a five-star hotel, you got it. They have lots of activities all the time and they're really good activities. The residents would be advised to go to all of them if they can. They work hard on doing activities. They had a nerf target shooting the other day. That was cute and I've never seen that before. I eat there every day. That's one of the reasons why I go there, to have dinner with my father, and the food is really good. Today, for example, we're having roast beef, which is unusual. They have a variety available at any given meal. It's not just one thing and that's it. They can choose."

"I went with a friend who was looking for independent or assisted living. We took a tour and had lunch consisting of salmon and vegetables. The meal was well prepared and tasty. The salmon was perfectly prepared. The staff and service were both good. The people at the table were friendly. The assisted and independent rooms looked good. We liked the grounds and the fact that the independent rooms faced out into the central landscaping."

"Saratoga View is a wonderful place with a beautiful building and a very kind staff. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a comfortable, home-like environment for residents. The staff members are compassionate, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of everyone in their care. I highly recommend this assisted living center to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming community for their loved ones.""

"River Pointe Assisted Living is very elegant and very accommodating to families. It feels like home. It feels warm, comfortable, bright, and sunny. They're very personable and well-organized. It was more family oriented. They also had many amenities. During the time that I was there, there wasn't a whole lot going on."

"My mother is in Spring Gardens Draper. They were very open and congenial to work with. We found a room that was a studio but seemed oversized, which made it convenient for her to set up with her furniture. We did add a wardrobe closet for her in addition to the closet that was there, and that works well. She gets attentive assistance whenever she requests it to help her go to the bathroom or to take her down to the dining room for dinner. They are consistent in cleaning her room every week. They have daily entrees, which are unique, but they also have a side menu that you can order from at any time which includes hamburgers, salads, cheese sandwiches, alternate menu choices if someone doesn't like what the main course is. I think the activities are excellent."

"My husband moved to Valencia at Draper. They're taking care of him and giving him the medication when he needs it and all that kind of stuff. It's just worked out. They serve three meals a day. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a little courtyard in the memory care unit. It's small, but it's sufficient."

"My father is in Crescent Senior Living. He's in assisted living, although I also toured the memory care. It's glowing reviews for both sides. They're amazing. It is bright, cheerful and inviting. They have amenities for the families coming to visit, as well as the residents. They talk like it's a community and not an assisted living center. They talk like it's an apartment complex for everybody. Everything is welcoming. The staff is welcoming. You first walk through the door, and there's a staff at the front desk that welcomes you. After two visits, they remembered who I was coming to visit. It was just amazing. When my father moved in, they had a board at the front with balloons and telling him, Welcome Home. They were excited for him to come. The cleaning staff and the staff that brings food or helps them to the dining hall are amazing. They treat him like he is their grandfather. The staff is amazing. I had a sandwich and heavenly cookies. My picky father devours everything that they put before him. The facility is clean and inviting. They have pool tables, air hockey tables, a library, and patios. They even have a garden center that you can go out and plant things in. They have tons of activities. The games they were playing with the residents were adorable. They're very hands on with their residents. They are so incredibly creative with their activities. They have folk songs. People come in and take requests for singing certain songs. They're very attentive to age brackets and what music that they would like. They take field trips and go out to grocery stores and let them shop for themselves. Every day, there's an activity at 3:00. Everybody meets in the common area, and there's some type of an activity, either a bingo or a card game, like poker. Some of the residents in the assisted living put on workshops for the other residents. If you are a woodworker, they have some tools for you to do some of your carvings or your paintings. There is an activities book that you can sign up for anything. They'll come and ask you to come participate. They have a book club. They have an ice cream machine. Everything is just fun. I am stunned with what we pay for and what they do for him."

"I like that Cedarwood at Sandy is going to be close to family. Their food is excellent and their two-bedroom apartment is very large. They also have little cottages. Their rooms were the largest two-bedroom ones we saw. The upkeep was excellent. Their dining area was nice."

"This is a small facility, sixteen resident capacity, and the facility itself is not overly beautiful or anything, but this facility has a lot of heart. I've rarely seen a facility that puts as much emphasis on family then this one does. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate family visits, even if they aren't at the best times. They also invite family to all the parties and get togethers and encourage family participation. I've never visited this facility without seeing at least two or three different residents with visitors at any given time, and they're always talking and laughing and generally just having a good time. I also always see children there visiting their grandparents or great grandparents. They literally just light the place up. "

"We like everything about Sunrise of Sandy. They seemed to have a really nice facility. They have nice decor and furnishings and tons of activities. The amount of care and levels of care that they offer, like you can get more if you need it or less if you need it. We didn't really have much we didn't like. The lady who gave the tour was super, super helpful and very knowledgeable. The building was very clean and we liked the structure. There are railings on every wall. The rooms were really nice. It felt like a really homey place."

"My mom has moved into Legacy House of South Jordan. I chose them because I was just comfortable with the environment. I really like the homey feeling and the way it is set up as far as activities and the different little apartments that they stay in. I was just impressed with it. The staff are very welcoming, and they've been great to Mom so far. They're very friendly and patient, and they have an upbeat attitude. The food is very good, too. I even had some with my mom and she liked it. They offer a lot of options. They have daily activities. They have a different range of things that people might be interested in. It's obviously up to the residents how involved they want to be. They seem to have a pretty nice schedule set up for different interests that they might have. The activity coordinator is very outgoing, fun, and friendly. She came and met my mom personally. It just seems like they have a lot planned. My mom's room is very nice, and that's another thing that I like. It was very clean, and it was just ready for her, like brand-new looking. It has a little kitchenette in it. Everything is very nice, and I am impressed with how updated it is."
