I really like Valencia at Draper. It's an older place, but it's been remodeled and well done. The living areas were bigger than most places. The people that worked and lived there were both happy. I didn't see that in the other places I've been. When I talked to the general manager, he said people stay. That's really important when you're moving somebody into an elderly place. He said their chef has been there 19 years, and the food looks fabulous. Their bad side is they don't have much parking. The good side though is that it is really well run. I put my loved ones' name down because I was so impressed. They do activities six days a week, where all the other places do them basically five days a week. I toured their assisted living, but I also checked out their memory care, which was awesome because the people I'm looking for will end up in memory care. Their memory care was huge and just as well ran. It's a two-story place. I looked at a one-bedroom. It has a big living area for my loved ones, bigger than all the others. It's arranged in such a way that I think they would feel very comfy. The bedroom is a good size. They have a full-sized fridge and a lot of them are just half-size. Their kitchen area is fine. No stove, but they could get a microwave and put it in there. The closet is adequate. I haven't found another one that impressed me as much for the price. I really like it.

I liked Valencia at Draper. The views from the rooms weren't great, but inside, it was very nice. I liked the staff a lot. The facility was nice, clean, and comfortable, but there's not much outside space.

I was impressed. It is an recently remodeled building but well ran. They have activities Monday thru Saturday. The people that worked there stay years. Everyone seemed happy. They have stations in memory care for members like an office with a typewriter. Soon a station for taking care of people The rooms were well thought out and space big depending on were you choose to live The menu for the food looked delicious. I wanted to move in. I felt they really cared about their clients and wanted to give them the best. I even would live there

I toured Valencia at Draper. They have a lot of things going on to help keep the patients busy doing things to keep them happy. The rooms are pretty good. I thought that the studio apartment is a little small, but under the circumstances and depending on what you're going to do with it, it's still OK. The place was well kept. The dining area was good, well kept, and it had plenty of room. The staff members were great. They were very attentive. They stayed with us the whole time and answered any questions that we had. You couldn't ask for better people to ask questions and to help you with whatever you needed.

My husband moved to Valencia at Draper. They're taking care of him and giving him the medication when he needs it and all that kind of stuff. It's just worked out. They serve three meals a day. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a little courtyard in the memory care unit. It's small, but it's sufficient.
