"My mother did rehab at Stonehenge of Orem for 24 days. The staff was good. The food looked fine. She was in a private room that was nice and big. They could put another bed in there. We went to one of their activities, and it was really nice."

"I am currently at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital for rehab. They check on me every once in a while. I have a call button if I need something. The staff was nice and polite. This is a specialty hospital for wounds, and they've been trained well. They serve three meals a day, and the food is very good."

"My wife is in Orem Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. They seem to be taking care of her. There is some staff turnover, and there's some delay in getting help. Her room is similar to a hospital room where there are two patients, but it's clean. She'd like a little bit more food variety."

"I am at Aspen Ridge of Utah Valley. It's very classic in the design. It's European. They have the most gorgeous, huge pictures on the wall, e.g., Venice, pictures of Paris. The whole place is just beautiful. It has burgundies and greens and beautiful colors and nice lighting. It just really impacts you that it's a very well taken care of, well-attended place. The staff is amazing. They all do their jobs so well. They're very kind and helpful and you really don't feel like you're in a rehab. It's just nice to be able to rest when you need to. They've got all kinds of people that come in and help with various disciplines during the day. You get occupational therapy, physical therapy, nurses, doctors, and wound care, and everything that a high-quality rehab has. They are very on top of everybody's needs. It's a small place. I think it's only like 24 beds, but they take care of you. It's hard to get in there. I was really lucky to get in. I had talked to a number of people in my neighborhood who had been in here and they all just loved it and said it was wonderful, and I agree. They focus more on rehab. They're not focused on activities. They're focused on healing. They have a physical therapy area and a really nice dining room. The food is absolutely excellent. The chef even comes around with his beautiful menu. Every week he brings you the next menu. You get to look at it and you can make changes on anything that you want, and he will especially make it for you."

"The staff is very involved and probably the best feature of the home, they had head sets to communicate quickly with each other which is pertinent to a medical facility since they have to be prepared for an emergency. His room was supplied with snacks and the usual items such as a TV and phone however I can't judge the activities (such as bingo and news groups and card groups etc.) because he wasn't able to go to the activities since his hip was broken, judging by how far one smell could carry the air was probably very clean. The staff were very caring and quick to respond. I can't complain about very much but there wasn't much any thing phenomenal about it either. The place was obviously well kept and sanitary and unlike some homes I've seen it didn't seem like there was a shortage of beds (IE people having to be room mates.) I'd give it a four out of five . "

"The current administrator over the Draper facility is the BEST of the best. He truly does care about every single patient staying there. 5+. The nursing staff for the most part was very good. Only concern would be the Catheter care. 4. Care crew was always very friendly and helpful when asked. Takeaway for them would to be more pro-active. Dump cath bag, fill water jug, check ice packs etc without having to be prompted. 4. Office staff very friendly and helpful. 5. Food for the most part was good. Small portions for some. 3. Having visited several family members over the years at other facilities, this place by far would be my first pick. Thanks to all for taking good care of my husband! "

"I volunteer at Provo Care Center almost every Sunday and my experience there has been just wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the residents always appear to be happy and well cared for. While volunteering at the Provo Care Center I usually get to interact with about fifteen of the residents and I get a chance to talk and visit with them. They tell me about some of the activities that they do during the week, the things that they've enjoyed, how the weather has been, and many of the good experiences that they have had. As far as I can tell this is a top notch nursing home with a friendly and experienced staff who take excellent care of the residents there. They keep the building a little warm for my tastes but all the residents seem to enjoy it and be very comfortable. Five stars! "

Each resident has a private room with a shared bathroom. There is a large dining area and activity room where residents can gather for meals, activities, and entertainment. The facility also has a large exercise and rehabilitation room with trained physical and occupational therapists on staff. There is also a salon in the facility open once a week for the residents.The nurses at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab provide high quality care and comfort to the residents. Nurses and nursing aides are available around the clock in order to provide timely care and emergency assistance. Several physicians and specialists come to the facility throughout the month which enables easy access to care. Trinity Mission Health and Rehab of Provo accepts residents with medicare and medicaid as well as most major insurance carriers. The administration and staff are committed to working with each resident's needs and wishes. "

"I grew up in a medical household and I understand the challenges of hospitals and 24-hour nursing care facilities. I was transferred from the hospital to Riverton Transitional Rehabilitation Care to complete my recovery from a severe cellulitis infection. They provided a special air mattress as my skin could not have any pressure on it. Due to Covid, there were periods when there was a staffing shortage, which means it took longer – on occasion – for someone to respond to the call button. My private room was clean, the staff was great. After the hospital, my hair was a mass of tangles. The staff patiently combed out the tangles and braided my hair. And, as comfort food, they would bring me a small soda float any time – day or night. No facility is perfect. Recovery from cellulitis [an infection under the skin] was NOT a short or easy process. I am VERY grateful for the EXCELLENT professional care, kindness and attention to my unique medical needs. If I ever need Skilled Nursing care again, returning to Riverton will be my first choice. "

"My family enjoyed private rooms, and caring staff. The recreational therapist is very kind and cheerful. They met all of our dietary needs and the physical and occupational therapy team were very accommodating. My family were taken to and from appointments and we were updated with the status of their care on a regular basis. This facility is a five star rating on Medicare and I fully agree with that. Amenities include a salon and consistent nursing care. "
