"I volunteer at Provo Care Center almost every Sunday and my experience there has been just wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the residents always appear to be happy and well cared for. While volunteering at the Provo Care Center I usually get to interact with about fifteen of the residents and I get a chance to talk and visit with them. They tell me about some of the activities that they do during the week, the things that they've enjoyed, how the weather has been, and many of the good experiences that they have had. As far as I can tell this is a top notch nursing home with a friendly and experienced staff who take excellent care of the residents there. They keep the building a little warm for my tastes but all the residents seem to enjoy it and be very comfortable. Five stars! "

"Since the first day my wife became resident we have received the best forever services form the staff. Specially Nursing. Foods always good and delicious. Nursing is excellent. Physical therapist and his assistance, Brian. were very accurate and used all possible facilities to work on my wife. I am highly satisfied and impressed of Provo Rehabilitation & Nursing "

"I am at Aspen Ridge of Utah Valley. It's very classic in the design. It's European. They have the most gorgeous, huge pictures on the wall, e.g., Venice, pictures of Paris. The whole place is just beautiful. It has burgundies and greens and beautiful colors and nice lighting. It just really impacts you that it's a very well taken care of, well-attended place. The staff is amazing. They all do their jobs so well. They're very kind and helpful and you really don't feel like you're in a rehab. It's just nice to be able to rest when you need to. They've got all kinds of people that come in and help with various disciplines during the day. You get occupational therapy, physical therapy, nurses, doctors, and wound care, and everything that a high-quality rehab has. They are very on top of everybody's needs. It's a small place. I think it's only like 24 beds, but they take care of you. It's hard to get in there. I was really lucky to get in. I had talked to a number of people in my neighborhood who had been in here and they all just loved it and said it was wonderful, and I agree. They focus more on rehab. They're not focused on activities. They're focused on healing. They have a physical therapy area and a really nice dining room. The food is absolutely excellent. The chef even comes around with his beautiful menu. Every week he brings you the next menu. You get to look at it and you can make changes on anything that you want, and he will especially make it for you."

"My husband was hospitlized due to having his gall bladder taken out and edema on his leg due to stroke, He was admitted to Orem Rehab and nursing for nursing care and therapy. I was allowed to stay with him 24/7 due to his stroke, he can't speak so I would help him communicate with the nurses and cna. While he was there in March due to Covid-19, lockdown came into effective and no vistors were allowed for 2 weeks. He was so sad and I couldn't believe I would not see him physically for 2 weeks. When I left the rehab that day the nurses and staff reassured me that he will be taken good care of. They advised me that they will set up skype system so I can talk and see him daily. I was able to facetime him with his tablet daily, they would make sure we got to communicate daily. The nurses are the best. Before the lockdown I was at the Rehab 24/7 and I witness how the nurses were available 24/7. Cna were always checking on him and staffs were so helpful. Because he could not speak the cna workers were able to make word flash cards in english and also in his native tongue, so they could communicate with him. I would like to thank everyone who works there from the Staffs to the nurses, cna workers, therapist, kitchen crew up to the room cleaners. Thank you, thank you all so much. I highly recommend Orem rehab and nursing for care of a loved one. My husband has been discharged less than a week now and I know he misses everyone there. Thank you again Orem Rehab for taking good care of my husband, we will never forget everyone there. Much love and Aloha."

"My mother did rehab at Stonehenge of Orem for 24 days. The staff was good. The food looked fine. She was in a private room that was nice and big. They could put another bed in there. We went to one of their activities, and it was really nice."

"My daughter and I picked The Peaks because it only has six beds, so it’s a comfortable and casual place for my husband to live. Their care is wonderful, and we’re thrilled with it. They are so loving and sweet and very nice to him. He’s an easy person to get along with because he doesn’t complain about pain, so he’s easy to care for. I was there when a lady was changing him, and I said, “Oh, I appreciate you so much,” and she said “we just love him here.” I can tell they do. He also feels loved there. He has to have physical therapy whether the therapist is in or out, and the staff ambulates him and keeps him walking. He’s there for that kind of exercise and care, and he is making progress. I think it’s hard to keep a community really clean but it’s well taken care of. He is being fed three times a day; he has to have everything pureed, and they do that for him. "

"I am currently at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital for rehab. They check on me every once in a while. I have a call button if I need something. The staff was nice and polite. This is a specialty hospital for wounds, and they've been trained well. They serve three meals a day, and the food is very good."

"She stayed at Orchard Park Post-Acute Rehab. It's good. I'll use it any time in the future if I need to. The staff is good and attentive, and they have a very good rehab program. The rooms are very large and nice. I believe they have done some remodeling and converted them into double rooms instead of singles. The food is good, and the dining room is clean. They have plenty of activities. "

"My experiences at the Lindon Care and Training Center have been was excellent. I actually have gone over there and helped out quite a few times. The staff was really cooperative and really cared about their patients. I saw quite a few staff there. There probably was about 1 staff member for every 3 or 4 patients. I actually have a friend who has worked there for some time now. He told me that he loves it. The patients all looked very happy and well-taken care of. In the meetings we had there were about 30 or 40 patients. The rooms and bathrooms and kitchens, basically everything both inside and outside, were all very clean. I also helped out when the Special Olympics came to town. Quite a few of the patients participated and you could tell that they enjoyed it. This facility really goes above and beyond to care for the patients and are very friendly with anybody who comes to visit and/or to give a helping hand. "

"The facility is a hell hole and is very untidy with dogs crapping on the rugs. I was treated very rudely by staff and I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. "

"I spent the entire month of September 2020 in Stonehenge American Fork. My room was very large and kept picked up and clean by an excellent staph. It didn't seem to matter if working in nursing, housekeeping, physical therapy, etc., if I needed something and they could do it they did with a smile on their face. Everyone who gave me care never acted rushed. They didn't complain. They were in need of more help, but this didn't interfere with their quality of work. They needed to wear masks and gloves and sometimes gowns. They remembered and their technique was spot on. I'm a retired nurse. I know what they needed to do with keeping from passing pathogens. Not once did I see a slip up. I went that entire time without a visitor. The staff was well aware and went out of their way to spend some time with me. I had severe congestive heart failure. I transferred from the hospital. Upon admission I was in pain and confused. A lovely aide, Esther was called to come take care of me. I have panic attacks. She knew exactly what to do to help me. i can't say enough positive things about nursing and PT. I must though say thanks to Sy and Craig from PT. Those two guys worked with me through my pain with skill and patience and cheer. They got me moving so i could go home where i'm continuing to improve. I hope to not need rehab again, but if I do I will want to stay at Stonehenge American Fork. I would highly recommend them."
