The facility is a hell hole and is very untidy with dogs crapping on the rugs. I was treated very rudely by staff and I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. My mom has been there for almost a week, and her care has been horrific. They do not wash their hands or use hand sanitizer, they leave her on the bed pan for a minimum of 30 minutes and as long as two hours, and they ignore her when she pushes the nurses button for so long that she has had several accidents (she cannot walk). This morning she had to call me and have me call them to make them go help her after she'd been waiting with her light on for TWO HOURS. They forget to bring her medication, even antibiotics that they ordered themselves. On several occasions there have been dogs running in and out of the room. Her room is fairly clean and the food is not horrible (not good either). I have found another facility and will be moving her - hopefully today!
