"The people who work at BeeHive Homes of Draper are very caring and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to make my mom feel at home. Just great service. Absolutely wonderful. It's only been four days, but I know my daughter was there today in the activities. A group came and got my mom and they did exercises together, so I know it's functioning. They have music people come in and play for the residents, which is lovely. Yesterday, my daughter-in-law went to visit my mom and the sweet lady who runs the kitchen saw that she was there and she said, "Let me serve you and your mom trout in your room." They had a fish lunch together in my mother's room. That's really above and beyond I would think. My mom's very happy with the meals. I've certainly seen other facilities that are bigger and newer, but I'm happy with what she has. The day we were moving them in the staff came and helped us like carry boxes. The man who does all the repairs came in and hung TVs and hung things and made sure everything was absolutely the way my mom wanted it. I just received such personalized attentiveness as we moved Mom in. I'm so impressed with those people. The repairman who manages everything is wonderful. He's just a marvelous man. There's assisted living in one building and memory care in another. It's very small. There are only 16 residents, so it's a wonderful family kind of a feeling. Everybody knows everybody and it's a very intimate home. I was looking for something like that, and I'm so glad we found it."

"I only did a walkthrough at Spring Gardens Heber. It's a very nice place. It's out of my range. The staff was great. No problem. The facility was very nice. I can't complain."

"My sister-in-law moved into Hearthstone Manor. Her apartment is nice, it's the nicest room we've visited, it's well kept, and well maintained. It is in general a very nice room. I think the staff is very caring, very devoted, and I actually enjoyed being around them. My sister-in law is doing well, she's interacting with the other residents, the staff, and as far as I can tell, things are going well. They have activities in the house, they have a bus, they go for rides around the town once a week, they have a cable and internet connection, and she brought in her own TV."

"My mom is at Heritage Gardens of Springville. It is small. The woman that runs it is so kind, her name is Rebecca, and the workers there are also very kind. It is close to my mom's house so that several of them there, the young people even, recognize my mom and knew her from going to church with her. They are just sweet with her and my mom seems to like it there. It is very clean and always decorated really cute and pretty. What I noticed, and my family says so, too, is that it smells so good. Some facilities don’t smell that well, but this place always smells very nice and looks very clean. It is hard to get her to eat but they have done all kinds of things to help her with her eating. They even have a girl helping her eat in the kitchen. They don’t use the kitchen right now because of Covid, but they have my mom go in there with this young lady who helps her eat. She eats better up in the table. They are going to do their second Covid injection and then they plan to start something after that. They plan to start doing something and go back to church activity, and they're also planning on a Valentine party."

"My husband was in Ashford Assisted Living and Memory Care for a short time. It was just right across from me, and it was reasonable. It met the care that I needed. It was very accommodating for me because it was close. It was a very lovely facility, and it was clean. They met my needs at the time. Everything was in place. The services were excellent. They had CNAs available. It was just a positive experience. Since they were brand new, the serving of their food was still shaky, but they improved. Every week when we were being served, you could see improvements because we made some suggestions and they realized that “Hey we hired people that were not experience with the real situation.” They welcomed family and would encourage family to come and eat with their loved one. That was nice."

"Beehive Homes of Payson was very good. They didn't have the securest facilities for memory care. The rooms were very nice and good, and the staff was really good. They had nice, different rooms of different sizes."

From the moment our mother arrived, it was clear she was in loving, capable hands. The staff not only cared for her physical needs with professionalism and excellence, but truly *loved* her - going above and beyond their duties to ensure she was comfortable, safe, and valued. When our mom's condition declined, and we were navigating the heartbreak of her final days, the Orchard View team wrapped their arms around our entire family. Kelly, her incredible hospice nurse, was a rock - steady, compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply present during a time when we needed it most. Before we were even able to move her to memory care, the assisted living staff stepped in with extra attention, kindness, and genuine care that we will never forget. As we sat in vigil at her bedside during her final days, the kitchen staff lovingly prepared and delivered meals to us, which were not only delicious but filled with compassion. The facility itself - both assisted living and memory care - was absolutely top-notch: clean, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and safety. The milieu was warm, inclusive, and uplifting, with frequent and well-planned activities that brought joy and engagement to the residents. We also felt incredibly supported by her LDS branch within the community, which provided spiritual connection and care throughout her stay. We are deeply grateful that we entrusted our mother’s care to Orchard View. In a season filled with difficult decisions, this was one of the best we made. If you're looking for a place that will treat your loved one with dignity, compassion, and real love, look no further. Orchard View is extraordinary."

"I toured Beehive Homes of Provo. That one was really homey feeling. It's a smaller facility, and they were very willing to customize any program to suit my dad's needs. It's run by a family, and they kind of made you feel like you were just an extension of their family. It was very family oriented. The staff who assisted me was awesome. He was definitely five stars. You can tell he loves what he's doing. I didn't see any of the food, but their dining area was very open. It was very visible, and it felt like a big family kitchen. It was a lovely place. It was a nice, clean, inviting, and family-run facility."

"We toured Courtyard at Jamestown for my friend, and that one was fabulous, that was our favorite one. We met with the gal that took us around and she was really good. We saw studios, and one-bedrooms, they were all really beautiful. They actually had some new ones, they had a new building, or a new place that she showed us, and that was a one-bedroom; they were all really lovely. They had a library, they had a hair salon, and they had two or three places to meet. They had an activity room where they did crafts and activities. They had a little store area that you could go buy just little incidentals, and they had a beautiful dining room. It was beautifully situated in beautiful trees. The whole outside of it was gorgeous, and they had fountains. They were doing some renovations, but it was all just beautiful."

"This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. When I have visited, I have often seen the staff in action. What I especially like about this facility is how well the staff care for the residents, especially with those residents who have or are developing dementia. The staff are very gentle and loving towards them, not the least bit impatient, which one would suspect. They even have a program where family members can join their loved ones at mealtime. It's important how well the staff treat the residents, and how understanding they are to the families. I saw one of the staff gently guiding a resident to the table for dinner and it was very sweet. "

"Everyone! I placed my monther-in-law into the loving care of Bel Aire after she had been with another faciltiy for several months. I moved her from the south Provo area to American Fork just for Bel Aire. While this was a litlle more of a commute for our family, she was worth it and so was Bel Aire! I love everything about Bel Aire. Not only was her room beautiful and well kept, but everything about the home from the time you walk in was warm and inviting. The staff there is amazing. They really made her feel like she was their own mom or grandmother. It was common for me to stop by and find one of the staff reading her a book, or brushing her hair. Sometimes I would find that a homemade milkshake made from ensure and ice cream had been personally made for her because it was her favorite. I have personally recommended Bel Aire to many of my friends and I strongly urge anoyone reading this review to make visiting Bel Aire a top priority for their family member. "

"My mother has lived at Beacon Heights for two years now, and it is hard to imagine a better place for her. I did some looking around at other facilities after we realized that taking care of her at home was no longer an option. We made a good choice at Beacon Heights. They are friendly to all and particularly kind to her. The staff knows her peculiarities and likes her. They keep track of her, do her laundry, feed her, give her medications, and entertain her. The local Ward has services there on Sundays and provides Home Teachers. She is happy there and we are most pleased with the way things are working out. "

"I stayed at Covington Senior Living of Lehi for about a year. The experience was very good. The people were very friendly and sharing. I just really loved it there. It's a very beautiful place. They brought in a lot of musical talent to play and sing for us. We go on outings to Walmart and other places. It was a great place. They provide three meals a day and laundry. The staff members were great. I enjoyed them. They were very knowledgeable."
