At Spring Gardens Orem it's our goal is to embrace each resident, celebrate their individuality and enhance their individual lifestyles. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Services.

Independent Living - If you wish to live independently with the advantages of community support, daily activities, transportation, and social interaction, then Independent Living is ideal for you! No more worrying about home maintenance or yard care with our maintenance team on-site and weekly housekeeping for a clean-living environment. Enjoy our dining room without shopping, planning, cooking or cleaning up from meals. Well provide nutritious, well-balanced, flavorful meals three times each day! We plan and organize group socials, field trips, lunch outings and scenic drives. If you like sports, youll love our home-style family room! Do you want to give back to the community? Join us for humanitarian projects or volunteer in our Memory Care Unit. Youll live in the comfort of your own apartment home with your own furniture and dcor. You may come and go as you please while having access to our staff at the press of a button. If the day comes when you would like additional assistance, we will gladly bring care to you with our Assisted Living Services.

Assisted Living - Services include caring help with activities of daily living. These services can include shower assistance, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, medication management, laundry services, room trays, escorts and more. We have a full-time registered nurse at Avista who meets with you and together youll create a customized, detailed care plan. Naturally as needs change, well change the care plan, together. Our staff provides encouragement, care and support, with exceptional standards of dignity.

Memory Care - Our memory care communities kindly help individuals who require more assistance with daily activities. A higher staffing ratio allows our team to provide residents with loving care specific to their needs.

Safety is a key priority at Avista Senior Living. Our Memory Care Unit is always locked to eliminate the chance of wandering. Each resident is given an advanced fall monitoring pendant. Each resident can press their button to notify staff when they need assistance. If a fall occurs, the pendant will alert staff immediately.

Other services include; showering, dressing and personal hygiene assistance, restroom assistance, medication management, laundry services, as well as escorting to and from meals and activities.

Activities in Memory Care include animal therapy, reading time, music experiences, cooking demonstrations, ice cream parties, exercise, scenic drives, and so much more! It is our goal to provide activities that help our residents feel joy every day while stimulating cognitive functions.

Family is encouraged to visit often and participate in activities with their loved ones.
