It is clean, the staff is cheerful, their care is professional, problem solving has been successful in all stages,and my friend, for whom I am also guardian, is happy and safe. She has never been helped so much by therapy as she is here. It is the nicest rehab/care center I have been in. "

"I volunteer at Provo Care Center almost every Sunday and my experience there has been just wonderful. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the residents always appear to be happy and well cared for. While volunteering at the Provo Care Center I usually get to interact with about fifteen of the residents and I get a chance to talk and visit with them. They tell me about some of the activities that they do during the week, the things that they've enjoyed, how the weather has been, and many of the good experiences that they have had. As far as I can tell this is a top notch nursing home with a friendly and experienced staff who take excellent care of the residents there. They keep the building a little warm for my tastes but all the residents seem to enjoy it and be very comfortable. Five stars! "

"She stayed at Orchard Park Post-Acute Rehab. It's good. I'll use it any time in the future if I need to. The staff is good and attentive, and they have a very good rehab program. The rooms are very large and nice. I believe they have done some remodeling and converted them into double rooms instead of singles. The food is good, and the dining room is clean. They have plenty of activities. "

"I am currently at Utah Valley Specialty Hospital for rehab. They check on me every once in a while. I have a call button if I need something. The staff was nice and polite. This is a specialty hospital for wounds, and they've been trained well. They serve three meals a day, and the food is very good."

"My experiences at the Lindon Care and Training Center have been was excellent. I actually have gone over there and helped out quite a few times. The staff was really cooperative and really cared about their patients. I saw quite a few staff there. There probably was about 1 staff member for every 3 or 4 patients. I actually have a friend who has worked there for some time now. He told me that he loves it. The patients all looked very happy and well-taken care of. In the meetings we had there were about 30 or 40 patients. The rooms and bathrooms and kitchens, basically everything both inside and outside, were all very clean. I also helped out when the Special Olympics came to town. Quite a few of the patients participated and you could tell that they enjoyed it. This facility really goes above and beyond to care for the patients and are very friendly with anybody who comes to visit and/or to give a helping hand. "

"Recently I had a family member who was a Rehab patient at Stonehenge of American Fork. It was a difficult situation for all of us but we could not be happier with the care that we given. The therapist were great and the nursing staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would totally recommend Stonehenge of American Fork to anyone needing Rehab. "

"Heritage Care Center is located in what was once the old American Fork Hospital. Because of this the place naturally looks old and like a hospital, which gives it a certain character. However, in terms of care for the residents, the place is very modern and the building is well maintained. The staff themselves are very friendly and professional. They make sure the residents are well and taken care of. The staff are very patient with the residents and listen to their concerns. The staff also keeps the relatives of the residents very up to date. The administrators, attendants and nurses are all easy and pleasant to talk to and readily available. While there are numerous activities for the residents, one wishes there could be more and more varied, but this is really a minor complaint. All in all Heritage Care Center is a very good place. I know my mother is in very good hands there. "

"The rooms are the best my husband has ever been in (5, including rehab). The layout is very good. They are semi-private rooms but the beds are separated by a wall and not just a curtain. Allows for better privacy. The facility itself is not too large. Just right! My husband likes the meals! I really like the staff. They are receptive to his/our requests, etc The facility has recently been rebuilt. Very nice."

"I have been staying at Pointe Meadows Health and Rehabilitation for 2 years now. It's a nice place. It's very clean. The staff is very caring and always willing to help when you need it. The food is pretty good. They have activities like bingo and crafts, but nothing outside the building since it's a rehab center. There are some single rooms and others that people share."

"My mom is in Parkway Health and Rehab. Last night was her first night there and they didn't have any staff. She had to go to the bathroom, but she couldn't go because she couldn't walk, and they didn't take care of her for an entire hour, so I'm a little annoyed right now. I don't think their services are any good, so I'm going to actually transfer her out of there. The food is bad. From what my mom told me, the staff members are nice once they go in, but they're very slow to respond. If you need help, you can't wait there for an hour with no help. They need to improve on their attentiveness to the patients."

They have all been there for a long time and knew and cared for the residents. The nurses were great too and everyone was very helpful. Facility is recently renovated, including the therapy gyms. "
