"My mother came to Cascades at Riverwalk very weak and couldn't do anything for her self. Over the next 3 weeks she had the care and help she needed to become independent and confident. The therapy there was very friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you for Yvonne, Tinelle and Becky for making it so wonderful. The nurses, CNA's and food workers are the backbone of the everyday help that is so important. Everyone was happy and helpful to my mom. The facility is clean and welcoming. Thankyou to everyone. You do make a big difference with our loved ones!"

"My mother-in-law is in Spring Creek Healthcare Center, and they are very capable. They are providing her with physical therapy, and occupational therapy. The physical therapy is working on her balance, and the occupational therapy is working on her fall recovery. Those things are moving along, and she is doing great. The caregivers and their staff are great. They have a resident advocate her name is Josieann and she's great and very communicative. She informs us of the progress that my mother-in-law is making. It's a nice facility, they have got a communal dining area and a sunroom for the rehab facility, and I like it. I got to taste the food they offer, and it is good."

"My aunt went to Highland Care Center. It was great and in a good location. I loved the facility. It was very nice. There were plenty of places around for food, prescriptions, or whatever you needed. The staff was wonderful. She was able to participate in a lot of arts and crafts. It helped stimulate and kept her motivated. I was very impressed with that. The dining area was so fun. The staff would always call you, “ma’am” or “madam." "

"My grandmother is currently at Sandstone Taylorsville for skilled nursing. They had availability, and they were easy to work with. The staff was very professional and nice. I saw my grandmother eating the food and it was good. The facilities are very clean. The atmosphere was cozy. They had a good size room."

"My mother is at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Utah. They're wonderful there and she is recovering well. All the staff is great. Everything is amazing. It's clean and it's quiet. They give her three hours of physical therapy a day. She's flourishing. She just looks good and she sounds good. She is treated like a queen. She loves that. All the facilities are great. We didn't plan on it, but you can bring an animal and it can stay overnight on the weekend. They treat the visitors well. They offer you free soda, and it's $5 for any meal you want to eat with your loved one. They not only make the patient feel comfortable but any visitors. Cleanliness and upkeep are awesome. The floors sparkle. I've never partaken in any of the food, but mom says it's OK. She has kind of a restricted diet with her heart, so no salt, but they have lots of different kinds of substitutes like a seasoning packet to make it taste better."

"My friend is currently in Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing. We chose it because of the price, and because he felt comfortable there. It's an older facility, but it's very clean. The staff members are very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. I know he plays bingo and he goes to paint classes."

"My dad was a patient at Mt. Olympus rehab for about 2 months. The care they provided was absolutely excellent! The CNA’s were positive and quick to answer his call light. His nurses were knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. I love the buildings atmosphere as I walked in. It felt like a family place not just a rehab. 5 stars all the way!!!"

"My friend stayed at the Legacy Rehab and that place was excellent. It was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the food was great. We only had one problem with a night time nurse, but other than that, the nursing care and the CNAs were great. His room was nice, and they had activities. They transported them everywhere, and they had a church and a chapel. The director was excellent."

"My wife is in Sandy Regional Care Center right now. The facility is excellent and it's pretty new. The staff is real good. I don't care that they're carrying too much religion into it, but other than that, here in Salt Lake, it would be a good fit for a lot of people. The food is average. They make sure that they get everything. I've only eaten there once and I really didn't care for it. As long as they keep her busy, she's happy. The staff is excellent. It's healthy food, but it's too commercial. There are some things I don't like about it. The residents can't get outside of the front door and things like that; they don't have that facility there. It's nice and clean, and they take care of it. They're showing too much church activity, and for my wife, it just doesn't hit the spot. But for a lot of the ladies that are there, it's excellent. The price is about average."

"The staff is friendly and professional. They really looked out for my wife and tended to her wound dressings and treated her like a member of the family. The lady in charge of the place, I believe her name was Jasmine went above and beyond when my wife had problems with her wound vacuum. Now my wife is back on her feet again enjoying life.
