"We do have in-home care right now. We hire Rescare for my parents. We have been using them close to a year. They have really nice ladies that come in and they're really good to my mom. They clean the bathroom, they vacuum, they make my mom's bed and things like that. They had one girl that my parents really like and my mom actually felt comfortable with her, but then some personal things happened. This provider would then send in someone else whom my mom doesn't know. They didn't tell my parents that they're doing that or why they're doing that. That is one thing that upsets my mom and dad. They're not too consistent in who they send. My parents would get different people all the time and they don't like that. Some of the ladies are really helpful, they take the initiative to do things around there that would help my parents out. However, there are others who are not as good. So it is kind of hit and miss thing. This is something this provider can improve on. "
