I used Home Helpers for about three months. The staff is amazing, and the caregiver was outstanding. The CNAs really take care of the people -- they not only help with personal care, but also do meal preparation and light housekeeping. Billing and scheduling was very flexible with weekly, biweekly or monthly options. They accept Medicaid and long-term care insurance.

We called Home Helpers to help with my mother who recently had a stroke. John came to our home and we were impressed with Home Helpers. He put together a care plan and got us all set up for service. Unfortunatly, mom stroked again and we were forced to put her in a home. The reason I am writing this review is to let people know that the day after I call John to let him know that we would not be needing his services, we got a full refund in the mail. He also took the time to visit my mother in the rest home. Home Helpers really cares for people not just their clients.
