When Synergy's care givers show up for their scheduled shift, they've been generally fine. I have an elderly couple they're helping and they've done well. The reason for the 2 star review is they have proven to be very unreliable. It's a significant problem with this company. Many times the care givers have not shown up for their shifts, which makes it hard to leave a loved on in their care as they so often are left to fend for themselves. After repeated phone calls to Synergy's management, I'm repeatedly told about how sorry they are and it won't happen again. But then it does happen again. Then they promise it won't happen again..and it does. We've been dealing with their inability to have have care givers show up for months now. Again, if they show up they're fine, but Synergy has proven to have massive scheduling issues with their staff.

My brother and my sister have been using SYNERGY HomeCare for three months now. They're outstanding. They've been spot on in everything we need and more than helpful. They help with showering, cleaning, and dressing. They've been thoughtful and insightful in their care.

I'm currently using SYNERGY HomeCare and I love them. I didn't really like the first caregiver (she wasn't very pleasant), but the second one, I love her. I'm having problems using my hands and she comes in one hour in the morning on weekdays. I'm still adjusting to being by myself. The caregiver will cook some food with me every week. We also do the bank statement when she comes over. We're still getting used to each other, but I like Sarah.
