Holladay Homecare of Utah has been great. I had requested an aide who was an older woman who could hopefully better relate to my elderly aunt, and they were able to find two of their aides who are both doing a great job of kind of relating and administering to her. I think that having aides who are also a little bit older makes it more acceptable for some types of folks to kind of relate and allow them to be in their personal space and to be trustworthy. They're very flexible with the scheduling. If there was a situation where one of the aides couldn't be there at the scheduled time for personal purposes, they've been pretty great about letting me know that that's coming up. It's just seamless with the payment process and all that.

We've been using Holladay Homecare of Utah for four weeks now. My mother seems to be comfortable with them. They seem to be very kind and caring. They're on time. They communicate well. They seem to be very nice and loving. They gave her showers, and we recently took a vacation and left my mom home because she didn't want to go, so they took care of her during the day for eight hours. They made sure she had her meals and if she needed showers or any other assistance, they provided that for her. They provided companionship. They sent out many different people. I prefer just less, but everybody they sent was very nice.

Holladay Homecare of Utah are fantastic. We've been very happy with them. The owner, Ashley, is very involved and knows all the clients and the caregivers well, so she works hard to match people up. One thing I've really been impressed with is that when something doesn't quite sink, she works on it and gets somebody else, so she just really wants everyone to be happy with their care. The caregivers have been amazing. They're very friendly, they're conscientious, and they're on time. They're also very flexible, which has been important to us because we kind of have an erratic schedule sometimes and they've been great to work with us. So, we're very happy. They do light housekeeping and meals. They do whatever we ask them to do.
