I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My grandfather was a patient at this facility and loved everything about it. He loved the foot, the nursing staff, and the therapy staff. Everyone was so nice to him and they even made him a special plaque when he left. The accommodations are very nice and the facility has a very warm feel. They provided him with appropriate activities as well as also provided him with privacy. There was a therapist named Matt I believe who her particularly loved and he seamed to brighten his day but also provided very good therapy.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I was at Legacy Village Rehabilitation for three weeks. I really enjoyed the place. It seemed brand new, but the help seemed somewhat young. Experience wise, the older ones were a lot better. They're a little young and some were still in high school. I wasn't sure of the position, but they were training several at the time and they weren't sure what to do with me, so I had to tell 'em. The food could be improved, but they had a better system than where I'm living now. The room was like my own personal apartment. It was a suite, and it was pretty nice. I had my own private room and shower. They're just sometimes a little slow when I needed their help.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother was a resident for 2 month during the covid quarantine. It was very difficult to know exactly was going on since we were not able to see her. The staff was very helpful. Rooms seemed very clean mom said she was treated with care and respect.

I love Legacy Village Rehabilitation. I have been there for rehab, and my husband was there for rehab, but the cost was out of our reach for memory care. The place was clean, the facility was very nice, and the staff there was great. The food was fantastic, he received physical therapy, and it was good. The rooms were very nice, they had refrigerators in the room (which was very convenient), and the place was clean.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father was in this rehab center. We were told that he would have the care he needed to get well enough to return home. We were told that he would be given an alert device to monitor where he was at, or if he was in distress. We were told that the food was good. None of these things were true. I had to go every day and hunt down someone to help clean his area. The food was awful (see photo.) He was never given any monitoring device. In short, it was not what was promised. Dave, the PT, was awesome though!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My friend stayed at the Legacy Rehab and that place was excellent. It was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the food was great. We only had one problem with a night time nurse, but other than that, the nursing care and the CNAs were great. His room was nice, and they had activities. They transported them everywhere, and they had a church and a chapel. The director was excellent.

I visited this facility

The Legacy was OK. The only thing we didn’t like was the food, and it was too saucy. The inside was beautiful and well kept. They probably need a few more staff for resident care, especially in the dining area. The staff who talked to us was very attentive to all my questions.
