My husband was in Utah Valley Rehab and Healthcare Center. He passed away two weeks ago, but he received wonderful care and attention even as he struggled through the night. There would be visiting nurses helping him and doing what they could. We were very pleased. The food was not particularly appealing, but it was OK. I know they have a rec room and some assistance available, but he was not able to be a part of it. There was plenty of room for me to sit down and be there with him. It's an ordinary care facility room, but it was comfortable. They have a very modest workout room with a few pieces of equipment for people to exercise with. The dining room is very nice, although I never ate in there and my husband always ate in his bed. It has beautiful surroundings and a really nice place for families to gather outside; if children are involved, there's lots of room and safe places for them to run around. The nurses are attentive, aware, very dedicated, and compassionate.

Very Sick

This is a terrible place to have a loved one stay they only clean on Mondays so if you need anything done after that to bad. And they had a case worker from the State tell the family to stop feeding them so they can die sooner. That is not how human being should be treated!!! That is terrible :( hopefully one day these people wont be in the same position when someone wants them to move on.

We have been unhappy with the care that my grandparent has received. Their room is not cleaned frequently not and they have been left in their wet depends and clothes for hours. Staff seems uncaring.

My experience with Trinity Mission is excellent. It is clean, the staff is cheerful, their care is professional, problem solving has been successful in all stages,and my friend, for whom I am also guardian, is happy and safe. She has never been helped so much by therapy as she is here. It is the nicest rehab/care center I have been in.
