"I have been staying at Pointe Meadows Health and Rehabilitation for 2 years now. It's a nice place. It's very clean. The staff is very caring and always willing to help when you need it. The food is pretty good. They have activities like bingo and crafts, but nothing outside the building since it's a rehab center. There are some single rooms and others that people share."

"My dad was in Cascades At Riverwalk. He had been there twice. It was wonderful. The accommodations were wonderful too. The staff members were very attentive. The dining experience was wonderful, and Dad liked the food."

"Healthsouth Home Care was very clean, very friendly, and very helpful. It was a good place, and my mom liked it. The only complaint we have was the first night, they pureed everything for some reason, but after that it was great. She did both the physical therapy and the occupational therapy for five to seven days."

"My grandmother is currently at Sandstone Taylorsville for skilled nursing. They had availability, and they were easy to work with. The staff was very professional and nice. I saw my grandmother eating the food and it was good. The facilities are very clean. The atmosphere was cozy. They had a good size room."

"I love Legacy Village Rehabilitation. I have been there for rehab, and my husband was there for rehab, but the cost was out of our reach for memory care. The place was clean, the facility was very nice, and the staff there was great. The food was fantastic, he received physical therapy, and it was good. The rooms were very nice, they had refrigerators in the room (which was very convenient), and the place was clean."

"The staff, particularly their director, was very kind. I enjoyed visiting Willow Wood with her. She was very thorough, and she talked to me about hospice. The only thing was that the rooms were quite small. I don't think my father would be able to bring his own TV, and I know that's important to him. It's a much older facility, but it was clean and nice. Their workers have been there for many years, so I know that they must like their jobs. Some of them have been there 9, 10, or even 17 years. They do have a dining hall, which is very small. They take them to places that they are interested in. They would find out from the residents what they're interested in, and then they would come up with excursions for them. They also have a garden there that they can work on. I wish the rooms could be bigger or that they could remodel and update. "

"The staff was superb! I visited Garden Terrace about six times, and I’ve never entered once without being welcomed by everyone I passed. The receptionist, nurse, physical therapist, or anyone else was just most friendly. They’re always very happy there. It was excellent! "

"I visited Spring Creek. They had a very nice staff. They took me around and showed me the rooms. They had a small dining hall and a little bit smaller rooms, and they share the bathroom. I didn't taste the food, but they do offer choices to the residents. They have a room where you could go and visit as a family, and the couches were really dirty. They could do a little bit of cleaning up. It's probably because it's an older place. "

"My husband is at Holladay Care Health Center. This facility was recommended by the VA Hospital. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and odor-free. It has windows and it has its own bathroom. I have eaten there with my husband and I really like their food. It's like a restaurant-style food. Their dining room is very spacious. Right now my husband does not participate in any activities, but they do have bingo and they take time to take the residents out. "
