"We went to Peachtree Village at Farmington. It's the closest to all of us. We absolutely love it, and if we can get mom in there when the time comes, we'll probably look at doing that, because it's within three minutes of our home. The facility is very nice and very clean. When we walked in, it smelled like home because you could smell dinner being cooked. It did not have a medicinal smell, and the people there were nice. The staff is very knowledgeable and exceptionally informational."

"The people were nice at Gardens at Osage Terrace. They gave us a good tour, but I just didn’t like the feel of it. It felt like a big hospital ward, and my mother didn’t want to be in a place that felt like a hospital or a ward. "

"I had a good visit to The Meadows. They're friendly, and they gave us a good tour. It was very quiet, we didn't see a lot of the residents up and about, but it was clean. However, the location of the apartment would not accommodate our mom. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and followed up if we had additional questions."

"Legacy Village was a gorgeous facility. It was very spacious. They had very healthy meals. The office staff was wonderful. "

"Everything at Primrose Retirement Community of Rogers was amazing. We almost went with that one. Our only reason for not was the price, because it was significantly more than what we're already paying. It was extremely clean. They had a lot of nice amenities. We also got to tour the memory care, and the care was also incredible. It was large, which typically we see just like a hallway for memory care. Everything there was extremely nice. I didn't try their food, but I did get to see it kind of happen. They have what almost looks like a restaurant setup. They get a menu like they would at a restaurant. They try to keep it not so facility like. Everybody was very friendly, very kind, and informational."

"My Aunt has been a resident of Green Acres for over a year. We toured many local facilities before finding this one and fell in love. The Owners and Staff are awesome, caring people who go out of their way for the residents and guests. My Aunt has been well cared for. The residents are happy and an ample mix of male and female. They all mesh together well. It is always clean. The food very good. They have flower gardens and grow fresh vegetables too. There is a nice porch that they love to go out an sit on and visit and enjoy the scent of the roses wafting up to them. The rooms come in different sizes, and you are allowed to bring personal items in, not just pictures for the walls, but furnishings also. This makes it nice as the resident can still feel like they are at home even though they are no longer "at" home. God Bless Green Acres, the Owners and Staff for the incredible job they do for these folks!!"

"I went to Pinnacle Groves. I liked the style of the rooms. The kitchens were excellent. I thought I would be able to get the amount of storage available in the kitchen and the closets. They don't have extra storage. So, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get all of my furniture and all the items I have in storage boxes into that apartment. The staff explained and showed things. He was willing to take me to multiple apartments to show me, describe the facility, and how to get around elevators, that kind of information. He was very helpful. The restroom that I went into was not in good condition. It was not as clean as it should have been."

"My parents are in The Bungalows at Springdale. I like the condition of the place, it was very modern and clean. There were other places I visited that weren't that way and were not even considered because of that. I liked the staff, I liked the layout of the place. It was convenient to get to the dining room, and so forth. They supply a microwave and a small refrigerator in the rooms. They have a lot of programs and a lot of different things for the residents. They also have a courtyard area."

"My son moved into The Bungalows at Fayetteville. It was very lively. The staff members were very vibrant in all aspects. The building looked vibrant. It was very appealing. Everybody was courteous. My son likes it a lot there because he says they're so attentive. They're very accommodating as far as the food because he had his stomach removed. They're working really hard with him now. They have activities like card games, bingo, and different things like that. The gal running the activities is really sharp. They have a microwave and a refrigerator. My son got a studio with a patio."

"My dad moved into here. It has been an amazing experience. The people are all very nice to taking care of my dad. The community is good, and I highly recommend it. The facility has changed ownership. The administrative and organizational struggles of assisted living and memory care can be very difficult and challenging sometimes. But overall, we're very happy."

"It was very nice. The rooms were a good size. They were eating at the time, and dining was more restaurant-style. Everybody was gathered in the room, and they had good conversations. I saw a list of the activities they had and it was full, and they had an activities director. They would take them on outings, they would have groups come in, and they had things every day and weekly. They had things for the men and things for the women. They seemed very involved and they were very engaging with us and with what they had to offer. The rooms looked nice, and they had different layout options. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They wanted to get information about us and what we needed. They were very informative about what they had and gave me information to take with me. We got to ask other staff members questions. They had some common spaces, a library, a place where they could go and watch movies, and a hair salon."
