"We had to move my husband to Innisfree Health & Rehab, and he seems to be pretty stable right now. The staff is very nice and I can tell they are knowledgeable about what they need to do. Although sometimes, it takes them a lot longer to have somebody help you with things you need help with. The double room he has is probably larger compared to the ones I saw in other places. They had redone part of the building and they're in the process of finishing that up. And they said the rooms are even larger, which would be good. I tried the food and I was satisfied. For now, my husband is eating in his room because of these changes. So hopefully when they get over to the other side, they'll have room for them to go out to eat. They give out a newsletter each day to let you know what they have for lunch, and then there's an alternative. You get to choose your meal that way. Most of the time, the food is good and has a decent variety."

"The care that Jamestown Health and Rehab provides to my mom has been good. She's got speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. It's a nice place and the staff members that I met were fine."

"My dad is currently staying in Golden Livingcenter - Mcdonald County. I've never even been inside the facility because of COVID. I've only dropped him off, and then he came outside and I met him in the lobby; that was it. He is an Alzheimer's patient. He's content, and he's never asked to leave. He does like the fact that the staff is good to him. You know, that's important to him. He has said that. He said the food is good, so he does like that. They've done a lot medically in changing his meds. The staff has been nice. They would know my father by name when I was coming to visit him. That's important too because obviously they're taking time to get to know him. The staff does call me if there's any issues, like when Covid was happening. If anybody got an infection (whether it was staff or patient), they would always call me. They would tell me that somebody tested positive. They would always call and tell me if my father fell or if he had any issues. So they've been pretty good about calling me and keeping me notified of things, especially since we couldn't go there."

"My father is in Shiloh Health & Rehab. I am just in love with them. They are wonderful. I cannot recommend a better place to anybody. It is very nice and very clean. I was able to taste the food. It is like anywhere else. It is just what it is. They have to do what they have to do, but none of the residents care for it. It is not home cooking. However, they go above and beyond their duties. Actually, they are very involved with the residents and treat them as family. "

"I have seen the exceptional care that EVERYONE provides to these residents; from the Nursing Supervisors to the housekeepers. They are a team that has one purpose and that is to provide top care to those who enter their doors. The facility is older but you can not judge a book by the cover... they are better than many of the newer facilities I have been in in the past. When I see my friend, who lives at Windcrest Health & Rehab, she is always smiling and knows she is safe and feels at home. She loves the staff and other residents."

"The Maples saved my sanity after my mother had a stroke. They worked very hard with me to get her in. The staff is filled with kind and compassionate people who remembered names as well as details specif to my mother's recovery. I watched nurses treat my mother, as well as other residents who at times were verbally or physically violent, as if they were family. Everything was always clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I recommend this fascility to anyone looking for long or short term care."

"My husband is in Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center. Compared to a lot of the long term care, the place seems neater and cleaner. When my husband pushes the button for a nurse, it sometimes is not answered at all. It seems to be disorganized. The food seems to be pretty good. My husband's room is kind of like a typical hospital room. It's private and has a TV, so he's set. He can decorate it in any way he wants which is important to him since he's surrounded by familiar things. He's doing physical, occupational, and speech therapy."

"My husband is a stroke patient. As such he requires extensive care. Care staff are really responsive to his needs. And always leave his room asking if he needs anything else. Management and clerical staff have always been helpful when called upon"

"I wished I would have wised up sooner and took my Mother out of the Maples at Harbor Meadows. I now have my Mother back at her home doing wonderful and she or our whole Family can't sing the praises of Walnut Grove Loud enough. If I would have kept her at the Maples, I don't know if she would have ever discharged.home. Northwest Hospital highly recommended the Maples and told me that was the best Facility in Springdale. Boy they were WRONG about that! Don't always believe the negativity you read on line about Walnut grove just check it out for yourself. "

"Quail Ridge Living Center was the best fit for my mom's needs. She went in in skilled nursing, but now she is in long-term care there. I'm very happy with them. The staff members are very caring, very respectful, and considerate of her. I am very, very happy with the care that she's getting there. I have not had a meal with her, but my mom has not complained or anything. They've got bingo, they've got people bringing animals in, and my mom has gotten to help socialize puppies. They allow her little dog to come and visit, too. She is an animal lover, and they have a resident cat that lives there. Joey the cat pays a once-a-day visit. My mom was part of a singing group, and they allowed them to come in on Sunday afternoon and sing with her. So there's plenty of activities just right for her to do and see as much as she wishes. Activities are varied and interesting to her. It's a wonderful value. She has practically no income but is getting excellent care. It doesn't smell and look like a nursing home. They decorate and they keep it clean. My mom's laundry is done with great regularity and not lost or mangled. It's a very good place for her. There is a large area there where she does the dog socialization, and that is where they also do physical therapy, too. However, like any place, there's a lot of wear and tear. They can't keep it all painted, pristine, or anything like that. It's clean and it doesn't smell bad, but the services are great. It is much better than what we expected. "
