This place is terrible!!! The director of nursing at this facility smelled very badly of body Oder.. it was incredibly strong and very gross. She was sloppy and dirty and didn’t take care of herself let alone my family member. My family member didn’t have a pillow for 3 days, her fingers were black and she should have been at the hospital long before I visited that day. I called 911 and had her removed from this facility myself and taken to the hospital. She had not been cleaned, had new infections and was neglected at this terrible place. 3 other people were removed by ems while we were there. 4 people in one hour on the weekend is insane.. they said it was a staffing issue… it’s a facility problem, a management problem and a director of nursing problem. Nasty place and zero standards for staff cleanliness or patient cleanliness…Take your family member anywhere but here!

My husband is in Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center. Compared to a lot of the long term care, the place seems neater and cleaner. When my husband pushes the button for a nurse, it sometimes is not answered at all. It seems to be disorganized. The food seems to be pretty good. My husband's room is kind of like a typical hospital room. It's private and has a TV, so he's set. He can decorate it in any way he wants which is important to him since he's surrounded by familiar things. He's doing physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
