"The staff at The Gardens at Arkanshire was very helpful. They answered as many questions as they could and did an awesome job, but it just wasn't right for the situation that was happening with my grandmother. I also liked the rooms, and I would recommend them. I didn't have any problems with them. The dining area was nice and very clean. They made sure that everything was served in a clean and friendly environment. They had a lot of activities, too. "

"I didn't eat at Peachtree Village of Farmington but the dining room was a utility dining room. They could move the chairs and tables out of the way for crafts. The little cottages were the most expensive and they were independent living. You were expected to eat in the dining room. The staff members were knowledgeable. We were kind of taken as a group for orientation and they were good with their answers. They were patient. It just seemed that they wanted to get done with the job of orienting us and that they had other things to do, but they took their time. They explained very well. They answered questions before we asked them. I imagine that from their experience, they said to themselves, "A lot of people ask about that. So let's mention that in the orientation speech." They are a smaller operation. They had a very nice parlor. The rooms were adequate. It was a good campus."

"This facility is only 5 years old. The staff is very friendly and knows the individuals by name. The only concern I had about the alzheimer's unit was how "dark" this area seemed. The inside colors were dark colors, dark wood trim which emphasized a closed in feeling for me. Lighter colors and more outside and inside light would make this area seem more inviting. "

"I went to Pinnacle Groves. I liked the style of the rooms. The kitchens were excellent. I thought I would be able to get the amount of storage available in the kitchen and the closets. They don't have extra storage. So, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get all of my furniture and all the items I have in storage boxes into that apartment. The staff explained and showed things. He was willing to take me to multiple apartments to show me, describe the facility, and how to get around elevators, that kind of information. He was very helpful. The restroom that I went into was not in good condition. It was not as clean as it should have been."

"The Plaza At Highlands Crossing is a beautiful community. The buildings are nice. There's a variety of different apartments. The only thing is that they don't provide regular meals. I think they have a Sunday meal and that's it. Most of the staff are volunteers that live there, so they're congenial. They have a full kitchen in each apartment. You do most of your own cooking there. They have a library. There are three different wings, so around each wing, there's green space and trees."
