"The facility is really nice seems very clean. My only complaint is with the food, it is only edible about 90% of the time. My opinion is what they are paying per month they should have top-notch food or even decent food. I got some dessert samples that they were served and you could not eat them. i’m very disappointed and the food and the amount of food on the plates. The apartments don’t always get cleaned on the days they are supposed to clean."

"My father-in-law will be moving into The Oaks Retirement Community this December. I've been there several times. It was the best price, and it was just a beautiful place. When I went and visited, I talked to different people , and everybody was nice. The people that worked there were all very nice. I dropped in several times, not announced, and I got to see them without an appointment. It was all really good. They have a gym. They have a game room, and they have a pool and a hot tub indoors. They have a beautiful patio outside. They also have a theater room and a chapel. They have a beauty shop and barbershop. People come in like once a week or once every other week. They make appointments and do people's hair."

"The Rose House has someone on staff whom you can call 24 hours a day, but they don't have a lot of services. They furnish two meals and a snack. The rooms were so small. I guess they're all right for maybe one person, but they were nice and clean. They had no exercise room. It was a very small facility, and it didn't offer quite as much. We called and made an appointment, but evidently the staff forgot, so she wasn't really ready for us. She gave us all the information, though. We were shown the dining area and the different rooms. The dining area was small, but it was OK. It's nice inside, as far as the furniture they use, but I don't know that they could improve the outside where it sits. It's in a very congested area, and it was hard to find. They say they can't put a sign out. It's very reasonable. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. They look like they keep it up as far as the outside of the building and inside. The furniture and everything looked nice."
