We chose Summerhaven Assisted Living because we liked the atmosphere, it was clean, and the people were very cooperative in answering questions about what they do. I liked what I saw there, it was a very neat place, and they seemed caring about the people that they were helping. I would recommend them, they seemed diligent in what they do. I think the food is all right since my husband isnt complaining, and it smells good when I come in during lunch or dinner. The rooms are well-kept, very clean, theres not a lot of congestion, and theres a nice walk-in closet. They take my husband outside during the day, in the early morning before it gets too hot, and they have a TV. Theyre a little pricey, but for what theyre doing, its good.
