The one my mother-in-law was in, The Sierra's, was phenomenal. She got the best of the best of the best care. She had a regular sized bedroom, it was very nice and very clean, and the food was really phenomenal -- all home-made. The care was impeccable as well. They had 24-hour staffing, so there was always somebody on staff awake. I think they monitored the residents every two hours. They had a sitting area attached to the kitchen, so everything took place right there, and the big TV was right there.
