I’ve experienced firsthand knowledge of this place and the owner does NOT provide anywhere near the hands on care he claims to provide. Very short staffed, patients left unattended at all hours…day and night. This is mostly due to the owner not being able to hire competent staff and when he has a good one or two he literally works them 24/7. Little to no activities, meals start out good and then become subpar. No clue if any snacks you bring for your own loved one are ever given to them or if the staff is indulging in what you brought. The owner has many personal issues which he openly admits. His staff is not happy and has voiced their concerns to family members of patients. TV’s are blaring day and night and medicines are not given during the night on time. The best thing about this place is it’s clean. He doesn’t even know what his own contract states. For him it’s only about the money, it definitely is not about your loved ones care. In addition, he has violations with the State and then changes the name thinking he can hide from his lack of care and expertise.
