We used specially trained nurses to provide periodic service plans to ensure that the needs of the residents are met. The home is also doctor-owned and operated allowing for ongoing assessments and care. Lastly, our affiliated mobile PCP and podiatry services allow for residents to have consisted medical oversight in the home.
Azalea Blooms uses a diverse menu with care to the nutritional value as well as taste of the foods. We use dietician-approved menus to ensure we meet the needs of our seniors.
