The room was shared and small. The bathroom is shared by other rooms The food was horrendous and the portions were so small that my Mom went to bed hungry! When she would ask for more she was told that there was no more Some of the staff was great and others should not be working with elderly people I am grateful they were there but I am more grateful to have her in a much better place

My friend has moved into Fountain Home Assisted Living LLC. It's a group home. I would describe it as not very warm and cozy. What they do there is just basically disperse meds. It's not very family-oriented. They don't give quality care. They only have one TV for all the residents. Lights out at 8:00, and everybody's got to go to bed. The food is not all that great. I don't see them doing anything extra for the clients. Especially during the holidays, they didn't even have a Christmas tree. They don't do anything to uplift the patients there. It's very bleak; it's like you're shut in there. It feels like you're in prison. I don't like it at all; I hate it. As for the staff, few that are nice, and then there are a few that are not nice. Not very accommodating. There are a few that are nice, but not all of them. The facility looks very nice on the outside and the inside. I don't know of any activities they provide for them.
