We went and toured Mountain Cove Luxury Senior Care. I was just blown away and I couldn't even imagine everything that they offered. It's just a wonderful place. The appearance is beyond any expectations and it's pleasantly surprising. It's a large custom home that has a very nice environment and very nice staff and residents. It would be really hard to find a better place. They have had an experienced nurse in charge for over 20 years now. They have other nurses who are always on call. They have doctors and specialists who visit. They also have physical therapists who come, and that's what makes this place truly different. I saw what they were eating, and it looked fantastic. They even have a nutritionist preparing meals. They have a holistic health specialist coming to consult on diets. It's just phenomenal. The people, the facility, the level of care, and the additional types of care you would get nowhere else are simply the best. It's such a true standout. So much thought went into that facility. I just tip my hat to them.

I have looked at many places in the search for my Mom and this one excels above all others. You may think it’s expensive at first, but once you look around, you will see that they are moderately priced and extremely better. It is a beautiful home with very scenic views. The decorated rooms are very nice and clean. It is the only place I’ve seen that does not have a terrible smell. The staff is more than friendly and helpful and I’ve never seen such a happy group. The residents can swim in a beautiful pool, they have activities and games, physical therapy, entertainment and musical therapy. My Mom is very fussy (the princess and the pea fussy) and she loves this place. She tells me that she is getting very good care when I visit. They check on her regularly and come in to chat often. There is only 10 residents at a time and much better than a commercial facility. It is not owned by a conglomerate in another state, which I liked and the owner is on site daily. This is a home where I’ve seen residents eat and watch TV together, if they so wish. They will take care of everything for you, from setting up doctors, meds, physical therapy and hospice. They will supply everything your loved one needs. You should definitely take a look to see if it meets your needs.
