The young lady I have most of the time is sweet, very personable and easy to get along with. So far the people that have come to take care of me are really good.

The company had done a wonderful job staffing my grandmother's case unexpectedly when we needed 24h care. All the aides showed up on time and did a wonderful job caring for her.

Before, she was with another company, and they were pretty good. However, with the new company, they help me a whole lot because they have morning and evening shifts. I like how promptly they work. I greatly appreciate that because it gives me option to help my mom.

I didn't think I was going to have to stress as much as I did. They definitely need to improve their communication. They also need to put more time into the caregivers they choose.

They would help him bathe and keep his room clean. The care they gave was wonderful, once they got here. We had difficulties with scheduling, though. When we called them they always said that they weren't sure when the caregivers would come. They said that they'd call us and let us know, but I had to call them.

They help me with my showers and they prepare my meals for me. They are inconsistent with the employees. It was a nightmare when we first started. We were going to drop them, but then we got a new caregiver.

When people don't show up on time, it stresses me out highly. When I call them the week before to have someone come the following week, they start working on it on Friday. They say they have someone when they don't.

They need to have workers that don't steal, and they don't come every day. On holidays, it isn't a good day for me because they don't pay on holidays and no one comes, and I don't have coverage. They don't pay enough for their workers, and they aren't dedicated to their jobs. They attract younger people who aren't dedicated to the job.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. It is unfortunate, however, we are limited with some payer sources on what we are able to offer. Many third party payers do not offer holiday pay, and therefore, covering the holidays can be a bit of a challenge without that added incentive. I cannot address these issues directly as this is an anonymous review, however, I would encourage you to speak with the Administrator of your branch, Diane Waller. She can rectify most of what you have mentioned, and will do so swiftly if it is brought to her attention. I think that they need to be more open with the caregivers about what is going on with me. They need to be made more aware of what they are walking into. They help me with my housecleaning because I cannot do it any longer. I like the care that I get. I also like the friendliness of the caregivers and the staff.

The caregivers have helped my loved one the most by being there to help her. They have friendly and helpful nurses. I just like the caregiver who comes and helps my mom. She comes and does a lot for her.

I can't do this for myself, not even the little things like making my bed or sweeping. The way that they started me off was really good and they had an aide come for a week to see how it would be.

They could mainly have someone here Monday, Wednesday, and Friday regularly. They need to be better at making sure people are staffed on certain days. Mainly, it happens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They would call me the day before and tell me that someone was staffed. They would then call after and tell me that something feel through. That's mainly what I've been dealing with.

I like the fact that the caregiver they have sent us is professional, dependable, and my mother doesn't have any concerns about her at all. It is really based on the caregiver, ours is excellent. The caregiver is able to do light housekeeping and also prepares meals for my mother.

When they started, it took them a month to find someone to provide me care. The caregivers could do their jobs, and get off their cell phones. They could be more patient. The last two caregivers have been very caring and concerned.

I would hesitate to recommend Care Advantage because I don't know about any other caregivers, but sometimes Care Advantage struggles to find caregivers that can work. I do know that they do the best that they can with what they have to work with. Some of the caregivers are better than others, but the services are helpful because my husband cannot work. He can not wash his back or feet in the shower, so the caregivers help him with those personal care problems. It is so helpful for me because I am here 24 hours, and it relieves me a little bit.

I would tell a friend that I was very happy with Care Advantage, and that the caregivers were willing to do whatever I asked them to do. They were very nice and I really liked some of them, except for one. Care Advantage really helped me out when they were caring for me, and were willing to do whatever I asked them, and we got along really well with each other.

Care Advantage is reasonably priced for what they provide, and the service has been really helpful to me in dealing with my disability. My disabilities are in my legs, so it prevents me from doing some things that require walking around or being on my feet. The caregivers will do things for me like make my bed, clean my shower, and do other things that are hard for me to do because of my disability.

I was disappointed with what we got. I thought they didn't have a good grasp on things. The reliability of Care Advantage was not there. There was not enough consistency for me. They were only doing a few shifts but we never knew who was coming.
