Upon meeting Mike and his staff...our attitude changed. Griswold, as a company, went above and beyond to assist us in getting our insurance policy started. They, then provided us with a phenomenal caregiver, Paige. When substitutes were needed they fought to meet our and our mother's needs. Mike, Samantha, Kelly and Theo, and Paige, the staff, are a team that strive to meet the needs of the client. Griswald provided my mother in law with in home care for almost two years. Their services were exceptional and professional as well as personable. A dear friend of mine used Griswold and said that of all the ones that they had used, they like Griswold better. So that's what made me decide to also call Griswold and hire them. The caregivers have been excellent. I only have two and they have been coming in on a steady basis. They are both excellent. I could not ask for any better care. I've been quite please with them. They're both extremely cheerful and prompt. They go out of their way to make sure that I'm comfortable specially during the night. In fact, they both come and check on me during the night. The management is good. They are very personable. They talk to me on a regular basis and I appreciate that. They impressed me so much.
