The hardest part of me would be to make my bed, and they do that so that's great. I like that she has a lot of the same ideas that I have, we play cards, and she does want to go to Bingo which gets me out of the house. She does all the good work around the house.

My mom has had care from Asona for the past 31/2 years. She has Dementia. She has had the same caregiver for most of that time. When there is an issue they are very responsive and try to correct it as quickly as possible. My mom fired several caregivers, they were very helpful in trying to find someone that fit. Her caregiver is excellent. She did many things for my mom, that she couldn't do. Shopping, making sure she took her meds. Made sure she ate , by preparing her dinner. She would put puzzles together and play games with her. She would keep me updated on with what was going on, and work with me to solve the problem. The nurse came once a month to set up her medications, and solve any problems. She was very accurate and caring. There were times when the caregiver ran late, but she tried to correct this. Any issues with the care of my mom, or billing statements, they listened to me. We were able to resolve the issues together

I've been very pleased about the whole thing. They help me the most by keeping the house clean and doing errands for me. For a while, I was having problems with vertigo, and she was helpful with taking me places I needed to go because I didn't feel like I should drive. The caregiver who was assigned to me is very helpful, and the caregiver comes on time.
