"I got a referral from a friend for ComForCare last fall when my father broke his leg and needed help. Samantha, Ken, and Rey were all fantastic. Ken performed a home safety analysis and recommended specific devices to make the house safer and more comfortable for my parents. He also had a lot of practical advice. Samantha and Rey were also involved in the onboarding, scheduling, setting expectations (for care givers and my parents) and monitoring the situation. ComForCare provided caregivers seven days a week, two shifts (3 hours in am, 2 hours in pm). They prepared meals, shopped for groceries, took my parents to medical appointments, interacted with them and they all became friends. The caregivers were punctual and polite. I had a lot of interaction with two of the caregivers who were both fantastic. The agency quickly and professionally responded to any of my questions or concerns. I inadvertently had to throw several curve balls their way as my parents situation/abilities changed. ComForCare Stanton came through each time with flying colors. I'm not sure how I would have managed without them as I live out of state and work full time.
