Bayside home care caregivers were so compassionate with my mother and gave myself and my siblings confidence that she was always in good and loving hands. Shift issues were handled swiftly by an outstanding office staff. Business owner Laura was always available, organized and responded quickly to questions and needs for changing care as my mother's condition changed. Would highly recommend Bayside and will never forget the kindness of Tabitha, MJ, Jessica, Diann and the others who treated my mother as family.

I was taking care of my dad 24/7 and I finally broke down and needed help. She was nice. They tried to charge for the time when the lady said she couldn't stay, and I didn't like that. I liked their presentation that they gave at the house. She was very concerned about his health. She had worked with health things and had some good recommendations for my dad.

It makes the clients' lives a lot easier. Things are easier for her now, they are working with her on her memory. However, there is only so much that can be done for her. It helps us a lot, the girl comes in and does the cleaning.

She wound up having the virus, the next day she got sick. So I was put in isolation and I was in contact with her, though that was not her fault since she did not know. She did not do it intentionally. They then got me a mask and things like that so I could do what was required for the isolation period. I would not hesitate to recommend them. She took care of me, though there was not much for her to do, and spent the night here. She was very friendly.

They were a safety net. They did whatever we needed them to do. She is unable to speak and was physically limited. It was so somebody could be there all the time in case she ran into difficulties. They are big enough that they can adapt to your needs. They have enough prole that if something comes up, they can get somebody else. They were more locally based then the other. Bayside had a nice presentation.
