The agency provides care-pro’s to assist me with basically Everything to anything I need help with, they will bring me food if I’m unable to do so myself. They’ll cook me anything I have in my pantry or fridge. This is them offering. They help me with my cats, in fact I just had a care-pro go pick up my cats for me from the vet. I left another company & came over to Senior Home Care through word of mouth. I was completely neglected by my last company & I really didn’t realize how bad it was until I experienced a week w/ Senior Health Care. I’ve had 3 different staff members because I do require 12 care hours a day and each of them have been nothing less than professional, caring, outgoing, friendly and accommodating. I really was so pleased, so happy & so relieved after what I had been through. Stacey & Kim are hands on and literally drop what their doing to assist me with questions & they get the job done. I have both their cell numbers & I could call at anytime. Honor (their partnering company), is available 24 hours a day. At the end of every shift the care-pro care giver will give a summary on what we did during the day, if there are any problems or if there are just good things to say. They’re very thorough & this is nice because you can see this on Honors portal. I have family that can get right on the portal and see for themselves how the day went & the things that were accomplished. I’ve never even heard of anything like this. I believe this company attracts good, mindful & caring employees who truly want to do this for a living & not just a paycheck. They stay with the company a long time because they’re treated as well as they treat their clients. I’ve found this to be so important with my caregivers. My caregivers have shared with me just how much they love working with their clients. This is something wonderful to hear. If everyone is treated good & with care & respect it just makes for a good work environment for everyone. This is an A-1, class act company in my opinion. I’ve been through 4 companies in 10 years & I am so thankful that I’ve finally discovered a place where I really don’t have to worry about it a thing. Best company yet & I definitely don’t plan on changing a thing. Very hands on.

Senior Choice Homecare is outstanding. My mother is 97 and has Alzheimer’s/Dementia. All of the caregivers who have helped us with Mom have been so very kind and thoughtful with her. They make a point to talk to her and to know her and her likes and dislikes. I am so thankful to have them in our lives and for the wonderful care they have provided. Stacey is wonderful and keeps in touch,offers suggestions, and is amazing at solving last minute requests for help! I highly recommend this company!

Choice Senior Home Care sent out a caregiver who was very good, but my wife, because of her dementia, didn't think she needed a caregiver. One time when I needed to go to the hospital, they went the extra mile to send someone out to make sure we were OK, free of charge. I was very impressed with that.

We were very happy with the service and staff that provided care for my father in his home. He was well cared for and enjoyed the relationships with the staff from Choice. The company went over and above to make the situation the best it could be and we shall consider them the go-to provider the next time we need in-home assistance for our aging parents.

Our family was in immediate need of 24-hour care for our loved one who has Alzheimer's. Senior Home Care responded quickly with caregivers that are very well matched to our situation. The caregivers are kind, compassionate and patient. It has been a great comfort to know that our loved one is happy, safe and well cared for. Senior Home Care staff and caregivers have been responsive to the changing conditions of our loved one, offering helpful tips and suggestions. The communication has been excellent, including regular calls, e-mails, texts, and daily log. Also, the flexibility in scheduling has also been important to our family.
