We appreciate the feedback. We have addressed the phone issue, and it is not acceptable with any caregiver. We pride ourselves in communication and notify a client whenever a change occurs. We have very strict protocol on the wellness and safety of our clients and caregivers. This causes last minute changes at times. Thank you again for allowing us to help.

Thank you for the feedback. It is never acceptable for our caregivers to be on their phones. We have coached the caregiver and resolved the issue. We always suggest feedback on the family room website that the caregivers cannot view. This allows anonymous feedback from the client. We also do follow up calls and pop in visits frequently. We also stress that all of our clients reserve the right to request a new caregiver at anytime without a reason needed. Thank you for allowing us to care for and help your family.

We always appreciate feedback. We replaced the caregiver when the client was unhappy. We placed one of our top caregivers with the client. We continually solicit feedback and do quality control visits with the client. We also do a pop in on our caregivers to ensure they are meeting expectations. We recognized we had a caregiver that was not a good fit for the client. We always own issues and remedy the situation.
