The cost of in-home care in Monmouth County is reasonable when compared to both the state average and most other communities in the region. According to the Genworth Cost of Care Survey, home care in Monmouth County is $381 a month lower than average for the state as well as costs in Atlantic City, Ocean City and nearby New York City — all of which run to $5,529 a month for similar services.
