My parents used Prime Home Care 24/7. They were terrific. It's a good value for the money. It was expensive, but it was worth it. They did light housekeeping, they helped with bathing, and they helped with food, shopping, and preparation. Communication was very thorough. It would've been helpful to have somebody who drove. We didn't request someone else. The caretaker was lovely.

The people at Starburst (whenever I called for any reason) were very responsive to my needs. I felt that they knew me and my wife, who was the patient. Once we found an in-home (24-7) caregiver that my wife connected with, we were very pleased with her attentiveness to my wife's needs. She was a hard worker, often going beyond in helping me run the household (I am 71 years old). I would use Starburst again if a need arose.

The person from Starburst Home Health- Morristown NJ who interviewed me to set everything up was very good. However, the person they sent out didn't really know what he was doing. He was a really nice guy, but a little at a loss on things like using a washing machine or setting up my polar cube for cooling my knee and stuff like that. He helped with washing the clothes, making the bed, and helping me out with some of my errands; nothing major. The caregiver didn't turn out to be the person I needed. The billing was well-covered and I didn't have any problems in that area.

I use Starburst Home Health occasionally, but my husband doesn't need them right now. They came to drive me and my husband to the doctor. I had no problem with them. They're lovable. We pay by the hour.

Starburst has been the best decision I could have made for myself and my family. The owner understood all of my concerns and truly cares about providing the best service possible. Staff was always on time, trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly, they provide an amazing service!

Same cost as others for little work. Used service as full time live in aide needed to care for, feed, help patient improve thru walking. Changed aides 5 times as they had plans, moved people, aides left country or were fired for leaving patient alone for hours. Most were non interactive with patient - no conversing or guiding to move. All demanded their grocery list with high end products. All cooked for themselves but only made sandwiches or microwaved frozen food for patient. I found them to be an expensive way to get 911 called. Questionable double billing that had to be fixed. Left for a better service.

We are using Starburst for my mother, and they seem to be doing a pretty good job. I hired them a couple of days after I talked to them. They started the following week. From what my brother tells me, my mother loves the caregiver. They really made a connection and she handles my mother very well. I've been keeping up with the invoices. They send them to me and everything has been on the up-and-up so far. I couldn't say anything negative about them. They have been very helpful and my brother tells me that the young lady is very attentive and really takes care of my mother.

I have to say Doris and James are very nice people and they understand what you are looking for. It sometimes takes a few aides but they get the right fit. Doris calls me whenever someone else might have to go to house or they might be running a little late because something might have happened in the aides family. They stay on top of things and I appreciate that. I feel mom is in good hands.

Starburst is currently taking care of my grandmother. We are currently very pleased with the aide and office support. We have had live in care now for 6 months and 2 different girls have been assigned to her. Both have been really great. We were worried about losing our first aide, however the fill in aide was just as good. We are fortunate for this. I would recommend this agency. They are good.

Seems they have a policy to hire by internet of employes . Aide I had thought this was a beauty parlor. Doing her hair in bathroom or doing her nails. When patient needed to be changed , Was told I had to wait till her nails dry. Aide on numerous times late or two that did not show at all. Another aide set off apartment Smoke Alarm while cooking eggs and bacon for herself. ( Not the Patients meal ). THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS AGENCY. Still waiting for hours invoice for three weeks of time.
