The caregiver has helped the most, in this case, by being smart and respectful. Given those two things, she has brains, is cognizant, is aware, tries to do things respectfully. That makes a big difference for my mother. I like their ability to act quickly and to provide a professional aide.

Working with things to be done has helped the most. They help me to prepare for things. They are very responsive and use good initiative. They are always there for me. They tell me what is coming up, so I can prepare for things. They are very reliable and speak well.

I need help with my activities and they are very helpful. The caregiver is here and he is helpful in every capacity. The person that they sent with me gives 24/7 coverage and I am very pleased with them. I don't have a lot of interaction beyond my caretaker but I am pleased.

One important thing is they are just there for him. He's doing better now, but they used to help him get dressed and showered. They provide him good company. I personally appreciate how they are always there when people say they will be there.

It was hard for me to understand the person. It wasn't terrible, but I'm sure my mother couldn't understand them either. I'd recommended them if there was a need. I had a relationship with them. They're easy to work with.

The most helpful part of the services is that I have a reliable caregiver sent to me that is a male. I couldn't get my husband out of the house without them. I like how the agency is easy to deal with. If I have a problem they are very easy to deal with.

The personal health care they give him is excellent, and the relationship they have with him is great. We have had a few caregivers over the last 15 months, and they have been outstanding. The regular ones have been good.

They help me with making meals and they make sure they have the laundry and they help me with my medication and they make sure I take the right medications at the right times. They could have better paperwork because they are always behind on that.
