We have two aides, and they try to send the same ones because my mom doesn't accept change well. There was one brand new girl who was just temporary. When I call to say that we need changes or something like that, they're very receptive and they try to do it as soon as possible. I set up her medications. They just remind her to take it. I set up the pills, and then they can pour them into a little dish so that she can take them."
