"My mom was a resident of Mira Vie at Fanwood. The staff was extraordinary, unfortunately, many of those people have left because of the new management. It's a very attractive, appealing property. The staff's level of care and attention has been uniformly excellent throughout. They have quite a bit of activities."

"My father is in the assisted living unit of Leisure Park. His room is clean and comfortable. They have bingo, music, puzzles, and plenty of other activities for the residents. They have a game room with library, dining area, and living room."

"Legacy Gardens of Bristol is very nice. There's only 26 tenants in the whole place, so you know your residents are getting cared for because there's only a few people. So the ratio is awesome. They're very nice, I like them a lot, and I would highly recommend it. I love the staff, they're awesome. They're very nice, caring, and helpful. It's an awesome place, they take excellent care of my mother-in-law, and she seems happy there. So it's a win-win situation. I haven't eaten there, but she says that the food is good. It's clean, it's nice, even her hair and nails are neat. They have plenty of activities and stuff for them to do. They have movies, game nights, bingo, and they have music. You get a lot of value for the money and it's affordable. So it's definitely worth it. It's excellent care."

"Attleboro was a very nice facility with very beautiful colors. The rooms were very nice. The staff was excellent. "

"I liked that Juniper Village at Bucks County has independent living, assisted living, and nursing care. They're highly rated and there's one fee to get in, plus another monthly fee. They showed me 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, both of which were very nice. They offer spring and fall cleaning services, and they have a bus to take you to your appointments if you tell them ahead of time. I wish the staff member knew more. For example, I had to meet with the activities director in order to learn what activities they have because the sales person didn't know that. They offer one meal a day for assisted living and three a day for those in the nursing home."

"My aunt has been in Holland Village rehab for a month, and she will go to their long-term care. Everything went well. She was happy there. Her room was nice. It was a private room and it was up-to-date and kept well. She ate in her room but she was happy with the food for sure. The staff was nice. The service was very good. It's just highly-priced."

"Encore at Monroe is a 55+ community. The complex is really quite wonderful. We have a tennis court, a small golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. They have a very extensive gym and a large clubhouse where we have a tremendous amount of activities. We have arts and crafts. We have more sophisticated type of activities like going to the opera, going to the museums, to ballets, etc. We have Men's and Women's Clubs. The Men's Club will go to things like the races. The Women's Club will go to things like art galleries. Their homes are all independent and free-standing. We have the Concerto, which is over 2,000 square feet. It is a one-level home. It's really quite beautiful. We have a two-car garage. However, they take care of everything in terms of all the gardening, removing the snow, etc., all the necessary things. I couldn't possibly have a better situation than that. "

"Greenbriar at Whittingham was very nice, good value for the price, and was attractive. They're near universities, like Rutgers, which is ten miles away in New Brunswick, and many quaint rural towns. There's a lot of activities, like shopping and medical resources nearby. It looked very clean and well cared for. The lawns were good, the buildings looked kept up, and there was a large clubhouse with a very active calendar. Just adjacent to the property was the Central Library of Monroe County, which is a large and very extensive community activities program for all age groups, which is another source of activity and cultural interest, and that added quite a bit to the value of the community. They offered lecture series to the residents where they bring in people from different fields of expertise to discuss ideas and trends. There were a lot of physical activities, including sports and exercises. So, that was another selling point. Actually, all of the facilities I visited were similar, except most of the other places didn't have access to educational resources, but this place had."

"We liked Monroe Village very much so we decided to put a down payment in and we're going to move in. We felt at home there. "

"I am in Rossmoor, and it is a great community. It is seniors, but we are working people too. The staff is good, and it is clean and orderly. They have Bingo once a month, they have an Italian Club, there is a Jewish Club, and a Democratic Club; there are too many, and some I cannot even remember. We have condos, and they are all different models. There are small ones and big ones. Very friendly community and it is very diverse; there are all types of people living here. "

"My mom is now at Waterside Villas. It is very difficult to rate it because she is pretty much under quarantined since she moved in. The building is under quarantine with the COVID virus. But the staff is very good and very helpful and the place is lovely. I'm looking forward to it when this is over and my mom can be involved with activities. She has a 1-bedroom with a den. They have a variety of rooms."

"I live in Meadow Lakes. I chose it because it's beautiful. The staff are topnotch. My apartment is roomy, spacious, there's plenty of storage room, and there's plenty of closets. The food is excellent. They have many movement activities. They have aerobics water class, and they have chair yoga. They've got all kinds of things to keep moving. They've got live classes, and they've also got classes on TV that you can watch in your house. There are also intellectual activities. There are lectures, a book club, singing, and all kinds of games like bocce and bingo. They have a bocce court outside and they also play in the winter. The facilities are gorgeous. We have an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, an art studio, and we have beautiful views out the windows. They have these giant windows."

"Charleston Place only has two levels, so you don't have to worry about climbing up stairs. My aunt and uncle's car is parked right in front of their doors. It's like having a ranch house, not an apartment building. It's close to everything. There's a lot of shops across the street on 27. Their apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, and a little yard in the back where you can sit outside. It's really nice. The place is clean. People are friendly and you're allowed to have pets. My uncle says the staff is very nice and friendly. There are just no activities."

"I did have a visit at Princeton Windrows, and I liked it than some of the others I saw. It's very nicely decorated. The people are very nice. They offer just about anything the residents want with regards to their activities. The apartments are very nice; they vary in size from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment. Their food is good too. The staff was very nice as well. "
